As soon as Mari reached home, she directly marched her way to her room. She didn't even attend the school the next day.
Adrien noticed that Mari was not there at school and was thinking the reason behind her being absent. He decided to ask Alya at lunch.
DURING LUNCH,
Adrien: Hey Alya !
Alya: Hey Adrien, what's up ?
Adrien: Do you know the reason of Marinette not attending school today?
Alya: No Adrien, I don't . I tried calling her but it was her voicemail which answered.
Adrien: Ohh, I see. *he became worried*
As Alya also didn't know the reason of Mari being absent. He made up his mind to visit his princess (as CatNoir) after the school was over.
WITH MARINETTE AND TIKKI,
Mari: Tikki, Adrien likes Kagami not me .... he even kissed her... *starts to cry even more*
Tikki: Its ok Marinette, you will find someone else. Please stop crying or else you will end up being akumatized. Be strong and--*she quickly hides as she sees Chat approaching *
Within seconds Mari heard a knock on her trap door. She immediately wiped off her tears and opened the trap door to see who it was.
To her utter surprise it was CatNoir, her partner in crime.
