Move
My stomach churned as we walked pass the restaurants. Gutom akong tumitingin sa mga pagkain.
I can't spend my money frivolously, I only have 800 left.
While we were walking, something caught my attention. It was a store full of candy. I gasped while looking at it.
I shouldn't spend.. but I guess candy is fine?
"H-hey, let's go there." I told him and he looked at the store I was pointing at.
"You want candy?" he asked me, amused.
"Candy is good, it's another one of my favourites." I told him and he just nodded while smiling.
I grabbed his hand at naglakad kami papunta sa candy shop. I was in awe the whole time while looking at the candies. My favourites are the sour candies.
I gulped just by looking at it.
"Do you want me to buy you some?" he asked me and I wanted to agree but I'm shy.
"Wag na, I have money naman." I told him and he wasn't convinced, kinuha niya parin ang wallet niya. "Huy! Ako na!" I lowered his hand.
"No, I insist. Candy lang naman ang gusto mo." he told me and I still shook my head.
"You bought me takoyaki earlier, I'm like your sugar baby now." bulong ko sakanya and he covered his mouth while laughing silently.
"That's funny, I'm not a sugar daddy, I'm too young to be one." he said as he gave me his wallet. "Go on and buy whatever you want, today is my treat."
I'm sure my eyes shone by what he said.
"Are you sure?" I asked him and he nodded.
I squealed in extreme happiness and bought some sour candies.
Nang natikman ko ito ay halos nanghina ako sa sarap. I hugged him.
"Thank youu." I was making small happy noises.
"Spending money for you really was worth it." he whispered while smiling.
Naglakad kami ulit habang ako ay kumakain ng candy belt.
"Oh my gosh!" sigaw ko nang makakita ng ice cream stall but when I remembered na wala akong pera ay tumahimik nalang ako.
"You want an ice cream?" he asked me. Nakakaguilty na magpabili grabe. Tsaka para na niya akong sugar baby.
"Hindi ah, lakad nalang tayo, punta tayo sa park sa taas." sabi ko sa kanya.
He nodded and walked besides me. The mall was crowded at napakalamig. He noticed how I was shivering lightly kaya hinawakan niya ang kamay ko. My whole body froze and I looked like a walking penguin.
Sino ba namang hindi kikiligin? Kinuha niya kamay ko, ayoko na tanggalin ang kamay niya.
Sana hindi niya mamalayang nag dadasal na ako ng palihim dito sa kilig.
"Are you still cold?" he whispered kaya napatigil ako sa paglalakad.
Sigurado akong napakapula na ng mukha ko ngayon.
"H-hindi! Mainit!" sabi ko and he nodded.
Binitawan niya ang kamay ko and I pouted dahil sa panghihinayang. Tsk, naku naman.
"Why do you look so disappointed?" he chuckled.
"Hindi naman. Ano kasi- nalamigan ulit ako." my voice trailed off.
