~Asta~
The house was beautiful.
Bridie had made the house look like a garden with leaf patterns on the bricks and lots of house plants.
She was obviously wealthy or had a rich family.
"Would you like anything to eat?", Bridie asked opening her pantry.
"No thank you, I just ate", I said whilst taking in the beautiful interior of the house.
The kitchen was white with black counter tops, and everything was ordered perfectly.
Bridie closed the pantry door and motioned for me to follow her.
I was led down a hall the lights glistening in the afternoon sun.
"This is your room for as long as you need it", she said with a smile as we stopped at a door at the end of the hall.
"Thank you", I said walking into the beautiful room.
The room also had the garden theme and the bed looked like it was made of fluffy clouds.
Bridie smiled and left the room closing the door behind her.
I closed my eyes and breathed deeply, the room smelt like lavender and cherry blossoms and I felt so happy.
Maybe, if I still had my parents, my childhood room would have looked like this.
I layed down on my bed and slowly drifted into a deep sleep.

I woke to the sound of knocking on my door.
I opened my eyes and reminded myself of where I was.
"Asta, do you want to come to the theater with me?", I heard Bridie ask from the other side of the door.
I smiled widely.
I have always loved music, and Beartrix and Mariah have always said I was good at singing.
"Yes please", I said as I practically tumbled out of bed and headed to my bag of clothes.
I opened my bag and pulled out a deep blue, long-sleeved dress with lacey designs on the sleeves.
I put on the dress and a little bit of gold eyeshoadow and opened the door to find Bridie with a shocked look on her face.
"Wow, you really like the theater don't you?", she said walking away and laughing quietly to herself.
I laughed and followed her outside.
As we walked towards the theater, I saw children running around and laughing, the sound making me smile as well.
A little fae girl around the age of five waved at me, and I waved back laughing quietly to myself.
"That's my niece Abigale, she reacently learned to use her fire powers", Bridie said causing me to look at her.
"I didn't know you had a niece", I said looking back towards the group of children.
"you never asked, and we only met yesterday", she said as I continued to look around at the town.
The town was fairly large, but it wasn't crowded like the other cities I'd heard about. The buildings were small and looked very pretty, each one had a different theme.
Shops lined the streets, and children laughed and played.
"We're here", said Bridie causing me to stop.
"It's beautiful", I exclaimed and stood in awe at the sight of the tall wooden building.
We walked inside and I was amazed at how big it was.
We sat down around a small table and the stage ahead of us lit up revealing two fae women, one heading to the piano and the other carrying a flute.
They started to play and I couldn't keep the tears down.
The music was beatiful, as it told stories and legends of a long time ago.
My mind wondered and I suddenly remembered that my mum is Queen Avara, the sad thing was that my memory of my mother was horrible and at times I completely forgot about her and I would think that I had never met my parents.
Today the music helped me remember her, but I was only a one year old when I was taken.
Growing up without her made me upset and at times I would pretend that she was with me.
One day when I was about 12 I fell and hit my head really badly so my memories now come and go on their own accord causing me to forget my mum.

We left the building and headed back to Bridie's house the sun slowly leaving the sky making way for the moon.
"thank you so much for inviting me to the thearter, Bridie", i said as we got to front door.
"no problem", she said with a smile.
"do you sing at all?", I asked as I walked through the door.
"I do actually but i don't have the best voice ", she said shyly walking towards th kitchen.
"We should sing at the thearter", I said a wide grin forming on my mouth.
• • •It had been a year since I first meet Bridie, and we had become quite close.
We sang every week and had girly nights with some of her friends.
I knew that I would have to leave at some point and my seventeenth birthday was coming up, so me and Bridie decided that I would leave the day after my birthday.
I sat up enjoying the warm of the sun's last rays, and listening to Bridie's neice, Abigale, who I found out was her sisters first child, read me one of her favourite books.
I had become routine that every Saturday I would look after Abigale and listen to her read.
Today she had chosen Beauty and the Beast, which I had heard about ten times now, and was just closing the book.
"-and they lived happily ever after",
she said with a grin on her small face.
We stood up and headed back to her house singing some of our favourite songs along the way.
We got to her front door and I opened it for her.
"I'll see you next saturday", she said hugging me tightly and running of inside.
I turned around and headed back towards Bridie's house humming to myself along the way.
"Watch out!",someone yelled causing me to jump.
I turned to my left and almost fell down when a small female Faerie flew past.
"I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to fly into you", she said stopping and quickly walking toward me to see if I was ok.
