" Don't speak rubbish, who told you to change your appearance to a child?, A lazy voice answered the little girl's complain. A middle age man clad in simple red Clan robes enters the room and walks towards them. Tall and lean with a gentle looking face. This is Song Tian. The current Clan Lord of Song Clan.
"Father," Song Xi made a little bow as courtesy. His heart almost made a flip when the two of them suddenly appear! His father nods at him and settled on the opposite chair. The steward came with refreshments and tea , he poured them some tea then leave.
"Xi shi, do I look bad?," His mother ask and made him look at her. Yes, this little girl is Song Tian's wife. Song Hua,the madam of the Song Clan. She has this penchant of changing her appearance whenever she feels like it . Apparently,she chose to be a young girl now and her husband probably doesn't like it .
"You were always beautiful,mother, " what can he say? Of course ,he needs to pleased her.Song Tian didn't mind the two of them and just sip his tea.

"Hhmm, it's nothing vital, this news will probably blow up even before the actual opening of the burial mountain" he said while eyeing the plate full of honey filled cookies . For the first time after arriving in this world. He finally saw something familiar!
" Fang Clan is the one who found it, but it is better for them not to be too selfish about it"
"Fang Clan...., Ji Zhu... And you.." Song Tian whispers to himself before dismissing the thoughts running through his mind.
"Hhmm" Song Xi answered before dipping his hand to the plate and take a bite to the mouth watering cookies.

" If it is this year,there will definitely be a discussion about it," Song Tian said and look directly at him. " Is your body fit to do the task? Or will it cause you injury?, answer me truthfully," he added. He knows how his son sometimes over do things . He has the history of injuring himself just to finish a high risk task. The clan won't let him sacrifice his own health just because of his position.
" There is no problem . I'll just ask for assistance when there is something I can't deal with," .He didn't notice the small smile appeared on his face when he answered. He find out that facing the two of them feels refreshing, far from what he imagine it to be . He likes the concern this family is showing him .
The two audience stop and stare at him. He looked at the two of them and realized the smile on his face.
"Aaahhhhh! !! Are You a fucking stupid !? What's with that smile!? This Song Xi has a face that is expressive as a stone!!! Why did you smile? How could you smile? Aaahhhhh!!! That's OOC! You fucking OOC !, " He is already screaming wildly inside. He wants to drown in the River of tears inside his mind . While on outside, He calmly stow his smile and return to being the stone statue he is supposed to be.
" My son, are you alright?" His mother sit on his side and touches his face. " I heard you disappeared for a while, is your body alright?
Those dainty little fingers softly touches his cheeks . So warm...as if the warmness of those fingers calms him down, what is this? why do I feel like crying? There is this over whelming feeling of relief runs throughout his body. Strange. Maybe, this is Song Xi's lingering feelings for his family.
"I am fine" he softly said when he look at the little girl beside him.
" Your Son is already this big , don't worry too much, he'll never be in any dangerous situation specially now" his father said while handing him the whole plate of cookies on the table. " And you, eat this. Why is it you are still getting thin? Are your attendants not taking care of you?, You can kick that Wu Rufeng out of here anytime you want, just tell your father and I'll kick that walking stone face out of here!"
"What are you saying? Can you even do that?" Song Hua smirk on her husband while putting the whole plate of cookies her husband is handing over in a pouch and give it to Song Xi.
"Take that, I know my son love that little sweet things"
