Chapter 8: Agetha comes back.

Amethist sat in the living room, feeling as empty as ever. She didn't feel right- like something was missing. She sat on the window sill next to the curtain, looking out at the blanket of stars in the sky. It had been hours and Agetha hasn't returned, making her worry just as much. "Was she able to prevent Charlie from meeting Tsithema...." Amethist whispered worriedly.

Dan and Sam walked into the room talking, Sam noticing Amethist. "Hey.. how're you holding up..?" she asked, placing a hand on her shoulder.

"Not so good.." Amethist replied, looking up at Sam with sad eyes. "What if... Agetha fails..? If Baldi is wiped from our time... wouldn't that mean our memories will be wiped too..? We wouldn't remember anything about him.. all of the good and bad memories of him would be.. gone.." she whispered, looking out the window. "What'll we do..?"

"Listen, Amethist. Just because you feel this way doesn't mean you'll feel like this forever." Sam scolded her hands on her hips. "So you have to smile. Through the good and the bad."

"But--"

"No! Get up, we're going to the movies, you coming?" Sam asked, motioning towards Dan.

"Nah... Imma feel like a third wheel..."

"C'mon, Amie~ It'll help you get your mind off of such a hectic day. Come with us.." Dan told her, pulling her off the window sill, "It'll help. Come on,"

Amethist stopped at the doorway, taking one final look at the small room before following her friends out, "Fine... it's not like your giving me much of a choice...." she muttered as Dan and Sam grinned at her hopefully.

They all left, leaving everyone else at the house.

"Yeah... this is good for me..."

Agetha appeared in the living room, Silver sitting on the couch, Zoey in his arms. "Agetha! Where were you???" he shout whispered, you realize how long all of us were waiting?" he asked in an angry tone.

"Chill. Mr Baldi's fine. He spawns at the school- so we should see him tomorrow," Agetha told him. Silver sighed, Agetha looking around the room. "Where did the others go?" she asked, meeting Silver's blue eyes.

"I told Sam and Dan to take Amethist to the movie theater to get her mind off of Baldi.." Silver replied.

"How did that go?"

"They called awhile ago, it's not working..." Silver replied, looking down at Zoey. "And Dad's upstairs with Rylie, both were also waiting for you to appear again. Now that I think about it... it's been hours, Agetha. Hours."

"I'm sorry I'm sorry I'm sorry. I didn't mean to make you guys wait. I was haven't... technical difficulties.. because I forgot to take the necklace from Amethist. So I was stuck over in that world. So... yeah."

Silver stared for a bit before breaking out into laughter, "Wow. I feel so bad for you."

"Hey!" Agetha exclaimed, waking Zoey. Agetha shouted at him, smacking him over and over again.

"I'm sorry!" he wheezed, covering his face.
