Y/N's POV

First day of senior year. The day I've dreaded but also wished it would come sooner. I mean, it's the final year of high school, who wouldn't be excited? Now, life was pretty great in LA! No one bothered me but no one praised me, exactly how I'd want to spend my school year. So, could you imagine that? Living your perfect school life without any disruptions?

Yeah, I sure wish nothing disrupted that. My family decided to move to Sherwood, Ohio all of a sudden. The best part is, no one told me! It was a 'surprise' and 'good for my school life'. My school life was already perfect. Now, here I am standing in front of Westurburg high. You know, maybe it won't be so bad.

I walk in, immediately greeted by everyone insulting each other, couples aggressively making out and some other shit I probably wouldn't have seen in my old school. I rolled my eyes, tucking my H/C hair behind my ear. "Just get it over with Y/N." I mumbled, walking to my locker. "Oh! Hi, are you new here?" I hear a girl ask from beside me. She had the fluffiest, messiest brown hair I had ever seen. "Oh, um, yes." I replied quite awkwardly. "Cool, I'm Veronica Sawyer." She held her hand out, I took it and shaked her hand. "Y/N L/N. Uh, school's pretty... loud, huh?" She chuckled. "Yup. Kinda sucks but," She was cut off by some jock yelling. "You get used to it. I've known these guys since like, kinder." The brunette sighed. "Damn, I've only been here for a few minutes and I already wanna kill everyone but you." We both laughed.

"I'm surprised I haven't" She chuckled once again. She was beautiful, I honestly could crush on her but I see her more as my best-est friend ever. Not sure about that though, it's only been a few minutes since we met. "Hey so, I want you to watch out for those three." She pointed to three color-coded girls. "Veronica, why would I need to be cautious of traffic lights?" I joked, she laughed. "They're the Heathers. Most powerful clique in the school."

"Yellow one is Heather Mcnamara, honestly the nicest Heather." She pointed to a girl leaning on her locker, giggling at whatever the red one yelled. "Green is Heather Duke. Not much to say about her but her mom did pay for implants." Duke scoffed and rolled her eyes at the red Heather. "Lastly," Suddenly everything froze, the third heather turned around and looked at me. Holy shit was she hot, and pretty at the same time. Blood rushed to my cheeks, I felt my hands go up to cover the blush. "Y/N? Y/N!" Veronica snapped her hands in front of me. "Yeah..?" I continued staring at the red Heather. "If you'd stop eye-fucking her, that is Heather Chandler. The almighty, she's a mythic bitch." The brunette beside me chuckled. I turned to her "Shut u-"

"You." I heard someone call from behind me. "Oh shit, Y/N-" Veronica whispered shakily, motioning for me to turn around. I turned around, seeing the one and only Heather Chandler. She was accompanied by the other two Heathers. "Uh- Hi?" I muttered out in pure fear. "New here?" I nodded. All three of them laughed. "I'll give you a pass for that one, but next time I see you staring at me, I'll let everyone know how much you'd love to fuck me." She whispered into my ear, a blush forming on my cheeks again. Damn, this girl knew her way with words. And before I knew it, she and her friends were gone. "Veronica?" I turned to her again. "Yeah?"

"Is it possible for me to be turned on from what I think was a threat?" She chuckled. "Hell yea, it was from Heather fuckin' Chandler!" We both laughed. The bell rang. "Well, I'll see you later!" I was walking off already, before being pulled by Veronica. "Hey- What's that for?" She had a smirk on her face, motioning for me to see who was walking into the bathroom. "Oh hell no, Ronnie. I am not missing the first period on my first day of-" Aaaand I'm being dragged towards the girls bathroom. "Ronnie stop- She's gonna fuck me into next week and then tell the whole school about it!" I whisper-yelled to the girl who was dragging me. She didn't seem to care.

"Grow up, Heather. Bulimia is so '87." Chandler rolled her eyes, applying some red lipstick. "Heather, maybe you should go see a doctor." "Yeah, Heather, maybe I should." Chandler glanced over to me and Veronica, seemingly it wasn't a teacher to enter the room. "VERONICA!" I whisper-yelled to her again. "Go talk to her!" She chuckled nudging me towards Chandler. "Hell. No."

I could see Heather smirk from the mirror, but I didn't think much of it as I probably should have. "Blegh." Duke coughed into the toilet. Mcnamara held her hair, as a nice Heather would. "C'mon, coward." Veronica grinned, nudging me once more. "I am not a coward!" I huffed, walking to Chandler. That was something I instantly regret because she immediately smiled. "Hello." She spoke, fixing her hair. "I- uh..." I turned to Veronica. "Do- Do you um.." My confidence was probably dropping down to Earth's core at this point. My heart beat louder and louder, muffling everyone else in the room. "Look, if you wanna kiss me, go ahead. Just know that everyone will find out about it." She fixed a bit of her makeup. "No it's just. I- Uh.." My face was redder than her lipstick, and honestly I know what I wanna say it's just she's right here. I've never been this close to someone as pretty as her. "Um. Do you listen to girlinred?" I sighed, finally able to speak a complete sentence. "Does it look like I don't?" She faced me, smirking. "You and your friend, meet me at my car after school." She pointed at me and Ronnie.

Heather Duke got up, washing her face. "Let's go." She motioned for them to leave. Looks like they were headed for class. So, I was gonna go back to Veronica until- "Mmf-" Heather kissed me, she chuckled. "Sorry, you lacked lipstick." She left, leaving me a blushing mess along with the giggling mess named Veronica Sawyer. "This sucks! Does she like me or not?" Veronica laughed even harder.
