In psychology, maturity is the ability to respond to the environment being aware of the correct time and location to behave and knowing when to act, according to the circumstances and the culture of the society one lives in.
As we all know maturity isn't something that we can get just like that even if we change our looks to look more matured we can't be one. There's a lot of process that we need to go through to be matured. One of the biggest parts is life experience, your responsibilities, the way you communicate with others, the way you handle all of your problems and more.
If you change your looks because you want to look more matured and be matured it's absolutely wrong. Changing your looks and trying to be mature can lead you to be a hypocrite person, you might don't want to be like that but somehow it can be like that. You don't need to push yourself to be matured fast but it's important for an adult to be matured. Maturity comes in different ways, it depends on a person's personality and life. Well we all have a different personality, life and story but soon or late you will be matured in your own way.
Actually the things that I'm curious to know is it a good thing if a kid matures too early?
Some families love to have their kid mature early in a good way, like they know how hard their parents live to support their all family members and why they are working so hard for them. I know it's a good thing but still I think it's not really good for them to mature too early. Especially when parents know that their kid has matured and started to depend on their kid in a certain situation.
Why did I say I don't like it this way because I felt bad for them, for some reasons I know what they're gonna lose and feel in future. If the kid has a very strong heart and mind it will be fine but if they are not strong enough, I'm afraid that no one will see it because they always think that the kid that they know is very understanding and a strong person. At the end no one knows when they really need someone to stand by their side. Nobody will know it, even themselves don't know that they need someone.
