"I'll leave after 5 minutes rosie." Jennie said.
"Why so early?" I asked sadly.
"I have some work to do." She replied.
She was talking to me but I don’t think I've heard anything because I was thinking how to stop her at least for 5 minutes more. I met her after 5 months and I really didn’t want her to leave this early. I was convincing myself to ask her for a hug. But it was really tough for me to ask her. "Chaeng, now if you don’t ask her for a hug then you'll definitely cry after she leaves." I thought in my mind. One minute to go, shit. After that she will leave... "Damn just ask her...you stupid chaeng just ask her for a hug. Ask her fuck." My heart was crying for a hug but my brain was like don't ask it you stupid.
"Can I hug you?" I finally asked without listening to my brain. Yeah my fucking brain.
"Yeah." She replied without any fucking reaction.
Without wasting any time, I hugged her. I was holding my tears back and it was so tough. So damn tough for me. But I think I succeed. And I wasted 5 minutes extra during that hug.
Sometimes spending 5 minutes with your loved one can make you happy and sad at the same moment.
