Jeonghan was lying in bed, scrolling through his playlist.
Luckily it was Sunday morning and he didn't have to go to work.
He had been working in a coffee shop for almost a year and a half now. He considered himself lucky for having a stable job, but sometimes his laziness made him hate that place.
His big dream was to become a professional dancer, and definetly not to work behind a counter of a coffee shop for the rest of his life. But in order to become known as a dancer he needed to win this year's regionals.
He had tried several times before, but the best that he could do was to reach 5th place with Joshua.
He lazily got up from his bed when he heard the doorbell ring.
He opened the door, finding Seokmin and Joshua right in front of him."What are you two doing here?" he shrugged leaning on the door frame.
"Wow are you this annoyed by your best friends' presence?" Seokmin beamed dramatically placing a hand on his heart.
Jeonghan rolled his eyes "Yes, this is the only day in the whole week in which I don't have to see your ugly faces." he said in return, a grin spreading across his lips.
"We're going to the park to practice some moves and maybe find a good song to use for regionals."
Right...They haven't decided a song yet.
Jeonghan huffed "Ughh alright then." he said as he grabbed his keys and his wallet, and then closed the door behind him.
They arrived at the park and placed a Bluetooth speaker on the floor, settling beside a small fountain. That place was filled with little kids with their parents and groups of students. Joshua turned the music up, starting to vibe with the sound. Jeonghan instantly followed him after hearing the familiar verse.
They used to do this kind of activity since they were young. It was fun to dance for random people, and Jeonghan loved the feeling of people's eyes on him, he longed for attention.
As they started to dance people collected around them, probably impressed by their smooth movements, or maybe just curios about their sudden arrival.
They knew this choreography by heart. Jeonghan made it for them a few years before.
He moved smoothly to the song without missing a beat.
His dance style wasn't particularly impressive on a technical level, he didn't have anything less than his friends, but the way he moved his hips, legs and arms just screamed Yoon Jeonghan.
His technique was average, not as perfect as Jihoon's, but not basic. When he danced he didn't really put any effort in looking different, he just wanted to be himself.
Jeonghan was indubitably a really good looking man, and because of that, everytime he danced in public he could feel everyone's eyes on him, both females and males.
He knew that, so he used it as his own weapon. The choreo was coming to and end and once again he was dancing behind his friend.
He placed a hand on his shoulder before locking eyes with him, earning a "Ooh~" sound from some girls in the crowd that formed around them.
They parted again. Joshua did a small solo, followed by Jeonghan who did similar movements but facing the other side.
They ran into each other again, moving together in perfect sync before holding each other's hands over their heads and both pushing backwards, closing the sequence.[Jeonghan and Joshua: ]
