Alaska's P.O.V

"Mom NO you can't do this to me! I've made a life here, I have friends here. I have good grades and I've stayed out of trouble. What did I do to make us move? CAN YOU TELL ME THAT!?" I yelled at my mother.
Before this goes any farther let me introduce myself.
Hi my names Alaska Bennett and I'm an alcoholic. No I'm just kidding. I guess you could say I'm pretty popular. I'm tall. 5'7 to be exact. My best friends name is Lexi and I'm 16 my birthdays in like 3 months. I have short dirty Blonde hair and light greenish blue eyes. Go to outfit is vans and shorts.

"Alaska for the 50th time, it's not right here for us anymore. I got the promotion and you're just gonna have to deal with the fact that we ARE leaving in 2 days and you're gonna be happy in that big new house in North Carolina with the big yard big rooms and a big pool. Promotion means more money and more fun for mommy." She squeals.
God she makes me mad but she's like a 15 year old teenage girl sometimes that's why I love her. I do like the idea but I love it here.
"Mom I'll be happy on 2 conditions." I smirked
"Oh lord I feel my wallet getting lighter." She laughed
"No, no. 1: Can Lexi come and visit soon? And 2: what I mean by soon is like a week so we can throw a party in that new big house." I smiled. This may not be exactly what I want but it might not be so bad. Even though I'm miles away from L.A, I'll try, only for my mom.
"I guess that's fine. How big of a party?" She asked. I squealed and jumped up and down.
"How about the biggest party of the year?" I laughed.
I ran upstairs and plopped on my bed and called my friend Lexi. Immediately changing my tone making myself sound sad so she won't hate me for being somewhat happy about this change.
L= Lexi A=Alaska
L: Hello?
A: Hey Lex.. Um I gotta tell you something.
L: Oh my god you're definitely pregnant.
A: No no. God no. It's worse
L: Alaska are you okay?
A: I'mmovingtoNorthCarolina
L: Woah slow your roll. Now Use your big girl words. You're what?
A: I'm moving to North Carolina Lex. I'm so sorry. I'm gonna miss you so fucking much.
L: Wait you're what? Oh my god I'm gonna miss you too.
A: But on a slightly brighter side my mom said she'll fly you down in a week for a huge party.
L: Yes I'm so excited!I can't wait. But that doesn't change the fact that you're leaving. I'm gonna miss you Alaska. Text me soon okay? And when do you leave?
A: In 2 days so come over before I leave like tomorrow.
L: Okay I'll be over soon. I love you Alaska
A: Alright love you to babe bye.

*End of call*
I'm gonna miss her crazy ass.
I guess Its time to start packing.

2 day later

So we're leaving today.
Lexi and I cried together the last 2 days I didn't expect it but she did.
I'm currently grabbing my last few things and shoving them in my last box. My whole life in 20 boxes.
We packed them into the Moving truck and the mover men left to the address we gave them.
"You ready sweetie?" My mom asked me looking around the empty house.
"Ready as I'll ever be." I sighed
We walked out of that House for the last time.
My home. My life. Forever.

After the longest mother fucking drive I've ever been in. The only question I ask myself is
Why the hell didn't we fly? Like honestly.
We pulled up into a cement driveway with a huge ass house.
All I could do for a second was stare in absolute aw.
"HOLY FUCK!" I screamed swinging open the car door.
"Alaska language." My mom warned
"This House is huge. How many floors?" I asked getting excited
"There is 3 floors, a game room, the basement is the indoor movie theater, there's a cool attic bedroom upstairs, a pool, a really nice jacuzzi, and last but not least your room is 2nd floor 3rd door on the right. You have a very nice balcony." She smiled. I quickly nodded my head and ran to the doorsteps and busted through the door.
But not literally. I ran up the stairs until I got to my room.
My jaw dropped
Oh my god this room is perfect.
No scratch that. The house is perfect.
