Chapter 12

                                         Davie
Caiden drove us back to his house I felt nervous and my heart was beating in my chest. What if his family didn't like me? What if they hate me and think I'm a freak?

More bad thoughts clouded my head and soon I could only think of myself as a bad person. "Relax davie my pack is going to adore you" Caiden says. "I hope so" I mumbled.

"Let me tell you something about my life" Caiden starts he grabs my hand holding it tightly. "I live in a house with the entire pack. I'm the alpha's youngest son so that means I don't have the responsibilities of leading a pack. We live on the upper floor that's where the alpha and his kids live in. Soon I will be leaving that place and my dad gave me my own house close to the pack house." Caiden explains.

"So everyone lives in one house.?" I asked. "Yes but each ranking has their own floor the alpha lives upstairs on the 5th floor. Then you have the floor for the alpha's siblings and their family's. That's the 4th floor. Under that floor is the beta then the warriors and all the way down live the omegas" Caiden explains.

"Is your house that big?" I asked shocked. "Yes Hayden and Lucas live their to Hayden on the beta floor and Lucas on the warrior floor." Caiden says.

After a short drive we reached Caiden's house. It was huge the building had a large front yard where little kids where playing in wolf form. "Come on love my family is waiting" he says stepping out and then gently grabbed my back and then hand.

"They're going to love you davie" Caiden assured me but I wasn't so sure.

I smiled at him as we walked into the house. Immediately all eyes where on us. "Good afternoon Caiden" a man says. "Hi Jeff where are my parents?" He asks.

"Upstairs on the alpha floor Caiden" he says. Caiden thanked the man and then lead me upstairs.

We walked into the huge alpha floor there where 6 different rooms one for the alpha and the Luna, one bathroom and living room. The rest is a bedroom for the kids.

It was bigger then my house. "Wow" I muttered seeing the entire alpha floor. Caiden chuckled and then walked into the living room there both his parents and siblings sat.

"Caiden you're here" his father said and then looked at me "who is this Caiden" he asked he smiled at me making me feel a little better. "This is my mate dad" he says.

All the bad thoughts disappeared immediately cause his father hugged me and welcomed me to the family "finally little brother" the oldest of the siblings said. "He is adorable" his sister said.

"Well davie this is my sister Maddie and my brother and next alpha Brandon" Caiden says.  I waved shyly at them "oh he so cute" Maddie squealed. "Maddie calm down let me get a look at my baby's mate" Caiden's mom says walking past her daughter then looked at me.

"He is a keeper Caiden" she says looking at her son. Who looked at me with fins in his eyes. "Well I bring davie to my room he is staying for the night" Caiden says

"Keep the doors open" my mom said. "Mom Don't embarrass me" Caiden shouts.

"I'm sorry honey but you're both 17 I was pregnant with Brandon when I was your age" she says.

"If I hear any moaning or other sounds I will trow cold water over the both of you" his mom said making me giggle and Caiden turn red from embarrassment. Turns out I shouldn't have been nervous at all.

His family is amazing. We went into his room and then I turned to Caiden who looked guilty "I'm sorry my mom said that" he says.

"It's okay they don't know what happened so they don't know that we won't mate anytime soon" I say "that's true but I don't want you to feel bad or feel any pressure about the whole mating thing" he says.

"It's okay Caiden" he says. "But I do need to talk to you about something important" Caiden says he looked nervous. Making me scared "what is it?" I asked.

"Well your going into heat soon and since you don't want to mate yet I know something who can make the heat less painful" Caiden says. "Is she going to hurt me?" I ask not wanting to see any needles or other painful things.

"No it's a witch actually she is going to give you a silver ring and it's going to make the heat invisible to me and it won't make you feel horny" Caiden explains.

"Okay when can we meet her?" I ask "she is coming to my room soon she will give you the ring and you can't put it on until the heat starts so bring it with you all the time" Caiden explains.

Soon a young women walked in his room bringing in a small black velvet box. "This is  the ring you'll be wearing it's special ring when you put it on the ring will turn into the right size of your finger so we don't need you to fit a lot of rings to find the right size" the women explains.

"Put the ring on when the heat starts and pull it off when your ready to mate" she explains. She gave the box to me then left us alone. "Let's eat and then watch a movie" Caiden suggests.

"Sure I'm really tired so we can go out tomorrow"I suggested. "Sure but can our first date just be the two of us?" Caiden asks.

"Sure we can go the arcade next week with Hayden and Lucas" I say and Caiden agreed then he got us food cause he didn't feel like introducing me to entire pack since this was already a lot for me. Then we watched some boring movie I didn't know the name off.

Caiden turned the movie off after 20 minutes since it was so boring and then we went to bed and fell asleep into each other's arms.
