Her mouth seems to be sewn shut by a thick black thread, which continues up to the left temple. From her left foot starts a black ribbon, which ends on her waist and becomes a belt for the stand's skirt.

Abilities:
Sewn Shut
Sweetest Taboo's Sewn Shut ability consists in being able to make words taboo for a person, that is, preventing them from pronouncing them.
To activate this ability the stand must touch the person concerned and the stand user must know by heart the definition of each word that she's making Taboo.
Sweet Regret
The Sweet Regret ability of Sweetest Taboo consists in being able to make an object / person taboo, making sure that, the moment the object is nominated, it will disappear and its existence will be erased, as the taboo has been revealed.
Once an object is erased from existence it can only be brought back if the stand user is killed.
Weakness: in order to activate her Sewn Shut ability the stand user must know by heart the meaning of each word she's making taboo.
