Uncovered Love (On Hold)

Chapter One

Olivia's POV

Ding dong ding dong!!!!

That must be him. I was in my room at an apartment all dressed up for today's event. It was one of my special days.

I looked at the mirror, adding some finishing touches on my dress. It was a short blue off-shoulder dress, the upper part held to me like a second skin and the lower had a flowing effect. It complimented my hazel eyes well. I walk towards the door taking deep breaths. Though I'd done this before, they were with different other people.....not him. Not wasting any more time, I open the door.

"H-hey" I said to him, avoiding eye contact, looking at the floor below my feet.

"Hey....you look- wow..." That catches me by surprise. I look at his face, he smiles in response. It's one of those smiles, the one that spreads a feeling to my body. I can feel my face flush, but I try to conceal it. He is a tall, fit guy. jet black hair, blue eyes, cool face and sharp jawline. On him is a tight marine blue shirt under a black leather jacket and jeans with nice adidas shoes.

"Not bad" I respond to him, complimenting his outfit. He smiles as I walk past him after locking my door. I notice a black Benz parked at my front yard and approach it. He follows me, opens the door to the passenger’s seat next to the driver's and I sit back. He rounds the car, takes his seat and starts the car. He suddenly looks at me, I get self-conscious. He leans close still staring at me, I stare back taking in his scent. He comes closer and my breath quickens a bit then, takes the seat belt and straps me in.

"Safety first" He states and smirks after. I feel my face burn red; I turn away from him.

"You could have told me, you know" I defend myself still turned away from him.

"Just giving help, plus, where's the fun in that?" I sigh defeatedly. There's no point arguing, is there?

He drives away from my apartment and I stare out the window. Nature is a beautiful thing, I appreciate the trees, and plants and flowers that bloom- I think as a look out.

After some minutes, I ask Nico...

"Where are you taking us to?"

"It's a surprise" I roll my eyes and we sit in silence.

I feel a brush on my cheek, I gently open my eyes and realize that I had fallen asleep.

“We’re here” Nico says.

I am aware of my surroundings and notice I do not know where this is.

“Where exactly are we?” He doesn’t respond but goes behind me.

“You trust me, right?” I feel his presence. I don’t know why but I get super conscious.

“Y-yeah…” I stammer, failing to hide my nervousness.

“Good” He brings me out of the car while holding my hand and gently blind folds me. Wait, what?
