a week passed by just like that. they officially start their promotion week. and a week has passed since the incident at the café.
you look at the time, and it was 8 in the morning. the performance doesn't start until 1 in the afternoon.
you headed towards your closet to get dressed. in the midst of putting your socks on, you received a message from Jieun.

you headed towards Jieun's place to fetch her. an hour passed, you're now at Deungchon-dong, Gangseo-gu, to watch their performance on inkigayo.
Jieun: so.. how are we gonna go inside?
: Manager Jeon would hand us our backstage pass. speaking of oppa, he's over there. /pointing at him
you and Jieun approached Manager Jeon;
Manager Jeon: Aera-ah!
: oppa! how are you?
Manager Jeon: been busy for the past few weeks, but other than that, i've been doing good.
: that's nice. be sure you don't get sick!
Manager Jeon: /he chuckled, thank you. i won't.
: by the way oppa, this is Jieun.
Manager Jeon: ah yes, hello Jieun. i've heard a lot about you. /he smiled
as you were headed backstage, you passed by the line outside and noticed many people were noticing him.
"oppa i didn't know you were popular with the fans.", you said in a whispered manner.
Manager Jeon: /he laughed, not really. but anyway, let's head backstage. i think the boys are starting their rehearsals.
as you enter the building, you hear someone singing. it was Seokmin. you were just standing there while they rehearse.
come to think of it, this is the first time you see them perform in real life. i mean, you've heard them sing, but not really on a "professional" level. when they perform, you could see how their aura and personality switches once the music starts. which leaves you in awe.
a few minutes has passed, one by one they started to go down the stage. then Mingyu finally noticed you.
Mingyu: Aera-ssi!
you waved at them, then they approached you and Jieun;
Dino: Aera!
: Chan!
Jieun: you guys were awesome! /they laughed
Mingyu: did you saw us perform?
Jieun: we actually did. /she smiled, Jeon oppa took us here.
as they were chatting, you saw a familiar face looking at you. it was Soonyoung. you can't really call him out like "love" or anything like that when out in public, just to avoid any controversies. same goes with Mingyu and Jieun.
