Sorry it's been a while. I'm VERY busy with school and stuff. I still don't know what to call these. Please comment or send me a message.

It was a cold Christmas Eve. You were bundled up in a warm coat, scarf, and gloves. White fluffs of snow floated gently down from the gray sky. Thomas was standing right beside you holding your hand. "I'm not sure I can do this. What happens if they don't like me?" You fretted.
"You will be fine. My family will love you," Thomas assured you.
Yup that's right. You were going to Thomas's house for dinner to meet his family.
"Okay, let's go in." You say. You take a deep breath and follow Thomas through the door.
Once inside it was like heaven. Wonderful smells came from the kitchen, candles and glass Angels sat on the window sills, a tall Christmas tree stood in the middle of the living room.
Thomas's mom walks out of the kitchen. "Hello y/n. Thomas talks about you all the time. It's finally nice to meet you!" She says walking over to you and giving you a quick welcome kind of hug.
"Thank you. It's nice to meet you to!" You say smiling brightly.
"You can take off your jacket and shoes if you want. Thomas can show you around as I finish up dinner," Thomas's mom said as she walked back into the kitchen.
You take off your jacket and Thomas takes it willingly. "Apparently I'm your tour guide for today," he grinned.
"I guess so," you blushed.
You follow Thomas into a bedroom that was painted light blue and had dark blue carpet. A bed, big enough for two people to sleep on, stood in a corner right under a window; a nightstand sat beside the bed with a book tucked in on top.
"First off, here is my room. It's not usually this clean, but since you were coming I cleaned it up so it's as tidy as it could be." Thomas admitted.
"Well I think it looks nice," you say politely.
You followed Thomas out of his room as you two continued to tour the house. "Over here is the first bathroom. Down the hall is my parent's room an-"
"Thomas! Y/n! Time for dinner!" Mrs. Sangster called, cutting Thomas off.
The two of you head down the hallway and into the dining room. "I hope you like ham and mashed potatoes." Thomas's mom grinned.
"A perfect Christmas dinner!" You commented.
The family and you sat down and prayed. Then you all dug in. The very first time the food touched your tongue felt delicious.
"This is so good Mrs. Sangster!" You say taking another spoonful of mashed potatoes.
"Thank you y/n!" Mrs. Sangster said politely.
Everybody finished their dinner. "Do you want some desert?" Mrs. Sangster asked you.
"No thank you. I'm stuffed from that delicious dinner." You say.
"Well you can take some home with you," she said. She cut some of the desert and put it on a paper plate. She pulled some tinfoil out of a cabinet. Wrapping the tinfoil around the paper plate she finally finished and handed it to you.
"Thank you. Can't wait to have some! You're really good at cooking. Maybe you could teach me some stuff sometime." You say grinning, meaning everything you said.
"I sure will. Just come on down anytime!" Mrs. Sangster smiled so big it looked like the corners of her mouth touched her ears.
You look at your watch. "I better get going. Have a Merry Christmas!" As you walk out the door you hug Thomas. "Thanks for having me over," before taking the final step out of the doorway you kiss him on the cheek.
You get in you car and leave.
