Meeting Shades The Hedgehog

One beautiful day Sonic and the gang were outside playing on the playground.

Shadow and Rouge were playing on the sandbox.

"Well Rouge I made a hole in the sand hop in." he said.

Rouge hopped in the hole to join him.

"Wow Shadow we felt like we're in china."

"I know."

Shadow looked up and saw his twin brother Shades.

"Shadow who's that kid he looks like you?"

"Shades meet my best friend Rouge."

Shades put his hands behind his back looking shy.

"Can he can talk." she asked.

"Just give him some time he's just shy when he meets other kids."

They waited for him to respond.

They came out from the hole the sandbox.

Shades wasn't looking at Rouge he just stared at the ground.

"Why is your brother isn't looking at me."

"Shades has autism so he acts a little differently."

"Oh I see."

Shadow offered him a Chao plush to him.

Shades hugged it and started playing with it.

"He likes it." said Rouge.

"Yeah." said Shadow.

Sonic and the other walked over to them and saw Shadow's twin brother.

"Who are you?" said Jewel.

"That's Shades my twin brother."

"Wait you and Shades are twins." said Sonic.

"Yep we're born as twins we are the same but we have different personalities." he told them.

"How came Shades doesn't want to talk to us?"

"He has autism."

"What's autism?" Cream asked.

"Autism means their brain works a little bit differently it happens to people before they are born it's something you can't catch they have lots of gifts in them."

The others started to understand and learn more about him.

They learn patience and respecting his space.

Shades did asked Shadow he needs a break from playing outside.

Shadow hold his hand and walked inside.

Shades put a pacifier in his mouth it does calm him down.

Shades laid his head on Shadow's lap.

Shadow was reading him a story it's called Curious George.

 Shadow loves his brother so much because he's amazing.
