Most certainly not for bad rep or anything, but a lot of Nigerians can't mind their business. I don't mean the tattle tale thing but real taking up somebody else's business while abandoning your business for the wind knows who.

For example The so-called intellectuals and academia will leave our local problems(I said it) and start dissecting international problems from those in other African countries ,Europe, America ,Asia and the middle-east at large, I sometimes wonder if the thrill comes from forgetting your issues ,finding succour in the fact that others have problems (something else people unite on) and passing oh so wonderful judgement, faffing around media instead of facing personal issues head on.

Let us not even speak about the government that feels the need to send help to tackle  same issues outside that they have not overcome  internally.(what's the big idea?)

Do we talk about the extended  family members who make it a point of duty to over train you for your future husband's pleasure and satisfaction (had to do this) ,who trains boys? Anyone? Anywhere?. I digress .Then the neighbours who feel like they have a right to tell you how to live even when they are not invited.

A lot of  other institutions too ignore their vital issues and start focusing on what has absolutely nothing to do with them. And others like me just have to comment *grins*

Just telling you this so that when I start minding your business (minimally, I promise) you'll take it with a pinch of salt or the whole damn bowl... Teehee.

Note: I'll be writing some  basic information about Naija next, which is totally what I should have done first..oops

Please do ask about whatever you'll like to know before I update the next chapter so I can give more insight on such esteemed issues (Basic information and all that jazz)
