Ugh. I woke up with horrible morning sickness, and to make it all better I have a stiff neck from sleeping in my car. Maybe now would be a good time to call Shawn and let him know I would be paying him a visit. I called Shawn and told him everything that happened less than 48 hours ago, excluding Luke of course. He doesn't need to know about him, even though there isn't much to tell. Shawn said that it was fine and he always loves my company and to stay as long as I needed. I don't want to be a bother, so I only plan on staying until I save enough money to get my own place. I continue driving North. Only about.. 16 hours to go. Sigh.
I finally arrive in New York City. It's so big, and beautiful.. and crowded. I find Shawn's appartment building and head up to his appartment. The whole building is so elegant and fancy. I think im gonna love it here. I knock on Shawn's door and not a second later it swings open and Shawn's giant body embrasses my tiny one. I mean, he's 6'1 and im roughly 5'2. Shawn showed me my room and a tour of the apartment then went down to get my bags while I made myself at home. Suddenly I get 4 text messages at the same time. Weird. I open the first one and it's from Luke. I Should have known. It read:
'Hey.. um it's Luke. idk if you remember me from the gas station back in Florida? Anyway, I never got the chance to ask you where you were headed..'
I replied: 'Yes, I remember you Mr. Hemmings lol. And I am currently in New York city, ready to start a new life :)'
I open the next message:
'Hey, not to be a creep or anything but my name is Ashton, and I am a friend of Luke's'
'lol hey Ashton, i'm Alana' I reply.
I open the next message:
'Hi :) im Michael, Luke's friend.. btw he never shuts up about you and you've barely even met ;)'
'lol he seems like a sweet kid'
And the last message is from Calum:
'from what i've heard you're the most beautiful girl Luke has ever met.. so be good to him xx -Calum'
'We're barely even friends but i'll try to keep from hurting him ;)' I reply to the last message smiling from their idiotic-ness... if that's a word haha.
Shawn came back up and put my bags in my room. He sat across from me on the couch. I look up from my phone and he's starring at me. "what?" I ask laughing lightly. "I know that look.. you like somebody! Tell me who so I can kick their butt!" Shawn teased me laughing. "oh shut up, and that my friend, is none of your business." I laughed back. "Fine, but no boyfriend's are allowed in my man cave unless I approve.. or you love them" Shawn yelled from down the hallway. "That's perfectly fine, no more boyfriends for Alana Grace for a VERY long time!" I yelled back. I heard Shawn laughing from inside his room.
