The Forbidden Love

Chapter 5

Days flew so fast. In past few days, Dylan became more protective and very sensitive when it comes to me. He always  made sure, I was fine and happy.

He's always there, supporting me secretly, loving me unconditionally. I'm so lucky to have him.

Naputol ang pag-iisip ko ng magsalita ang assistant ko. "May Photoshoot ka this afternoon. And right after that, You have meeting with Director Lee together with other cast of Another Me."Cheng said while her eyes still focus  on schedule pad. "And lastly, You are fully scheduled. I suggest na magfocus ka muna sa Career mo."

Well, Cheng is not just an assistant to me, she's like my sister. That's why whatever she said, sometimes I obey. Wala namang mawawala kung makikinig ako. And I know, she's concerned about me.

"Sige. May tatawagan lang ako"sabi ko at pumasok na sa kwarto ko.

I dialed my mom's number, it took four rings bago sagutin ng nasa kabilang linya.

"Hi Ma! I miss you!"

"Mukhang masaya ka ah? May maganda bang nangyari? Kumakain ka ba sa tamang oras? Miss ka na namin, hinahanap ka na ng kapatid mo."mahabang sabi ni mama, mahihimigan ang pag-aalala sa boses.

"Yes Ma, May bago akong drama na ipapalabas. Kamusta kayo nila papa? Di pa po ako makakauwi ma, magsisimula na kami ng shooting next month."Paliwanag ko.

"Bakit naman kasi pumasok ka pa sa mundong 'yan nak? Umuwi ka na dito, nangangayayat ka na. Pwede ka namang mag work as public servant dito sa'tin."

I sighed. "Ma, ito po yung gusto kong gawin, masaya ako sa ginagawa ko. Don't worry Ma kapag may time ako uuwi ako dyan"

Bagamat hindi sang-ayon, napapabuntonghininga si mama'ng nagpaalam. "Basta kumain ka sa tamang oras. Lagi kang mag-iingat."

"Thank you ma! I love you po. Ingat kayo lagi dyan."yun lang at pinatay na ni mama yung tawag ko.

Lahat ng schedule ko ng araw na 'yon ay natapos ko, bagamat pagod ako, hindi mawala ang ngiti sa labi ko. True enough, It's very tiring to looks so pretty and beautiful in front of so many people. Kailangan paligi kang maganda bawal kang maging pangit sa harap nila kasi nga Artista ka. But no, we shouldn't let our mind think about this kind of thoughts, let our talent in acting be the reason for them to admired because looks fade away but talent stay forever.

I can't text dylan right now since he told me he'll go to different events today and I am for sure he'll shutdown his phone to avoid destruction.

Wala naman akong ibang hangad sa relasyon namin kundi maging matatag lang kami even though, maraming balakid. I'm always praying that someday we're free to walk around the street while holding hands, we're free to eat at our favorite restaurant.

While I'm busy thinking, my phone suddenly rang and 1 message  popped-up.

We're having a College reunion this sunday, are you up?

By the way, he's my classmate way back in college, he's one of my closest friend, he tried to court me but got rejected in the end. We're okay now and made things clearly between us.

After I read his replied, I went to the bathroom to clean myself and go to sleep.
