I'm not sure if I'm alive or if I'm dead, is there supposed to be a feeling or something? I don't think I'm dead, I mean Satan hasn't come to get me to bring me to hell.

What the hell. There I am practically eating Luke's face off, but hey he's doing the same to me.

"Leave!" Luke yells, right on cue.

There I am running.

"Bailey stop a truck is coming! Stop! Stop! Fucking stop and look you idiot!" I try to scream to myself.

I let out an ear piercing scream.

"Bailey!" Luke screams

There's Mrs. Hemm- Liz I mean Jack, Ben and Andrew following.

"Bailey!" they all scream

"Go call the fucking ambulance!" Ben screams to Luke but he's practically frozen.

Jack pushes passed him running back into the house.

Loud long beeps are all I can hear right now.

holy crap my leg is itchy.

I'm stuck god dammit, ok Bailey step by step.

"one finger at a time" I say in my head "oh there we go" I say again.

"Hey! hey! someone come in" I hear someone yell.

I slowly open my eyes.

"uhg turn the lights off it's too damn bright" I say as my eyes flutter open.

I hear a man laugh.

"Hello Ms. Charles I'm Doctor Peters, how are you feeling?" the doctor asks.

"like I've been hit by a truck" I say and he chuckles softly.

Oh the irony.

"do you remember anything?"

"all I remember is um... I was running from-from Luke and when I ran on the road then it just goes blank from there" I say.

I feel someone tense up beside the hospital bed and to my surprise it's Luke.

I look at him with wide eyes and try to push myself over on th bed getting away from him.

"OW!" I shriek in pain.

"Bailey take it easy you broke a rid we had to perform Tubal Ligation (if you don't know what that is it means her tubes we're removed so that means, no babies) on you I'm sorry but you may be sore for a few more days" Doctor Peters informs me.

I look at him not knowing what to say.

"Bailey I'm so sorry I shouldn't have yelled at you and scared you" I hear Luke say his voice is hoarse almost as if he's been crying. I look over at him dark heavy bags under his eyes and his hair is flat on his head.

I look at him not knowing what to do.

"the driver of the truck that hit you was under the influence Ms. Charles, he's been pressed charges" the doctor tells me making me tear my gaze off of Luke.

"where's Ben, Jack, Liz and Andrew?" I ask breathing heavily

"I sent a nurse to inform them that you've awaken" he tells me.
