Oh my God! Olly!

Atiqah's POV

The taxi dropped me off and I went to the back lot after flashing my ID. I walked into my dressing room and tossed my bag to the side. I kissed Jean and Felicia's cheek. They were my hair and make up team. I already loved them to death. My assistant brought me a cup of tea when I heard him. "There's my beautiful co-host!" I grinned at his voice. Before I knew it, he had his arms around my waist and was hugging me close. "Olly! Is it possible I missed you just from two days apart?" I giggled. "Oh babe, you'll get used to it," he threw me a wink. I laughed again. "This is the part where you say you missed me too!" I said poking his stomach. "Oy! Of course I missed you babe! Who couldn't miss that adorable face?," he said pinching my cheeks. I pulled away, and then he put his arm around my shoulders. I grinned as we walked onto our set.

"Who's ready for the first run-through of the new season of the X-tra Factor?" our producer called out. We all cheered in excitement. I grabbed my phone and took a quick picture of my surroundings. [@tiqahxo: couldn't be more excited for today!!! First run-through of the new season of #theXtraFactor] I posted to Twitter with the picture. [@ollyofficial: rehearsing with the lovely @tiqahxo get ready for an amazing new season!! #theXtraFactor] he posted a picture of the two of us. "Phones away, lets get started!" the producer shouted at us. We handed our phones over and sat a little higher on the couch. "Welcome to the new season of the X-tra Factor! Always here to bring you the highlights and latest from the newest X-Factor episode!" I said cheerfully to the camera. " I'm Olly Murs and this is my beautiful co-host Atiqah!" Olly said smiling at me. "Isn't he a charmer?" I laughed to the camera.

We read off the teleprompter and practiced reporting fake news and highlights from the show. After about an hour and a half, we got a break. "Great job everyone! Olly, Atiqah, you two were wonderful," our producer said to us. "Thanks mate!" Olly said smacking his shoulder. "Thanks!" I smiled at him. I grabbed my phone from the assistant that was guarding it and checked my messages. All of mine and Jade's friends had texted me, which was normal. I read the message from my best guy friend Jack first. [Jack: ayy babe! Fancy letting me on set for a quick bite to eat? xx] that from 30 minutes ago, woops! I called him. "Hey Jack, sorry I was rehearsing and they took my phone!" I said as soon as he answered. "No problem, now let me in please? The security guard thinks I'm some psycho fan that wants to steal you!" he said. I laughed. "On my way already!" I said hanging up the phone. I met him at the security gate. "No worries Bob, he's with me!" I said flashing the guard a smile. He nodded and handed Jack a pass. I grabbed Jack's hand and led him to set. "You have a security guard! How cool is that!" he said in hushed tones. "I know! I'm actually important and someone worth guarding now!" I said back to him. "This sure beats the last place you worked at," he said as we entered the building. Jack made frequent visits on set all the time. This was actually the first time he came here though. "I know, did good, eh?" I said nudging his shoulder. He laughed. My stomach started growling. "Guess we should get eating or else your stomach will eat yourself!" he laughed. We sat on the couch in my dressing room and he unpacked the lunch he packed us.

"Um Jack, you're a god!" I said patting my stomach. "I should know that you eat more than your weigh by now!" he said poking it. I let out a laugh. He knew I was ticklish. "You better know!" I said to him. He winked. There was a knock at the door. "Tiqah, babe! Time to get ready!" Felicia said walking into the room. "Time for you to go Jackie! Thanks for lunch though!" I said getting up. He hugged me. "Anytime babe, you know I get bored and have a lot of free time!" he said. I kissed his cheek. "I'll call you tonight! Don't forget to watch me on your TV!" I said as he started leaving. He laughed and waved.

"Ooh, he was cute Atiqah!" Felicia said sitting me in the chair. I shrugged. "Oh come on. You two are adorable together!" she said as she started tending to my face. "Too bad we're not together! He's my best guy friend, that's all!" I explained. "Such a shame," she shook her head at me. Jean walked in and started to treat my hair. I was done with all the stuff an hour later. They changed me into a navy dress and nude heels. I met Olly backstage. "Looking hot Ol," I winked at him. He was dressed in tan chinos and a light blue button-up. "Have to keep up with my gorgeous co-host!" he said putting his arm around my waist. I laughed.
