Should I stay or should I go?

I don't know what to do. The wedding is tomorrow and yet I cannot do anything about it. I know everything's been settled down as I speak.

I got a phone call from Domenico.

"Hey," he greeted.

"Good morning Domenico," I greeted him back.

"Bellissa, Massimo is having a bachelorette party at The Club Milano," he informs.

"And? What do you expect me to do?" I ask.

"I was just thinking of saying it to you because Don Massimo wanted you to come," he said.

"And be his slut?" I angrily replied.

"I wouldn't say exactly that," he regulated the mood.

"That's how I've been receiving the message," I explained.

"No, what I was meaning to say is that Massimo is unsure of this gesture. The wedding, I mean. He is trying to reach out to you because he wanted to— through me, so you know what's going on," he explained whispering.

"So? If I go to Club Milano, will he get the peace he wanted? What if Laura randomly goes there? Will I be in big trouble?" I asked.

"Yeah, but it's worth it? She's having a bridal shower so she is busy. You can not see the bride 1 day before the wedding. It's bad luck for the couple," he said.

"No, I'll take my chances," I stood up.

"No, you don't understand, Bellissa. This is Massimo's way of reaching out to you. This is a cry for help," he begged.

"Okay, fine. I'll go. But I won't stay long," I sighed.

"I'll pick you up," he insisted.

"Thank you for the kind gesture, I'm too tired to drive anyway," I say happily.

"I'll be there in 10,"

I turned off my phone and started to get ready.

Am I ready to love again?

At Club Milano

As Domenico opened the door, I didn't know if I should really go inside or just take back what I agreed upon and withdraw.

Should I get back to the car? I know Massimo's inside and I'm afraid that if I see him, my feelings will come running back.

Okay, that's it.

I'm going in.

"Domenico," I sighed.

"Yes, milady?" He asked.

"Please standby, I'll come to you when I'm ready to go home," I ordered.

"That's for sure, now go— Don Massimo's awaiting," he smiled.

"Okay,"

I stepped one by one, regulating my breathing. Getting my confidence back.

As soon as I opened the door, there was Massimo, sitting alone in a VIP lounge.

"What a pleasant surprise, Don Massimo," I said as I flipped the curtains.

"Sit down," he said as he closed the door and closed the curtains around.

"Oh but I won't be long, I just wanted to see you before your wedding," I teased.
