Dandelion seed
A dandelion seed tears off its stem
blown by the wind
Catching a drift and flying up high
The slowly receding back down
It doesn't know where it will end up
Where it's roots will grow
Making more dandelions
Creating more seeds
Nor do I
I go through my ups and downs
I catch a drift and fly up
Then I sink back into my hole
I have yet to find the wind or even a breeze
To float away from my dark hole
Like a dandelion seed
I want to fly away
And land on ground
Planting my roots
Creating a family
But I must wait for the wind
