Chapter 2

"Jamie! Calm down!" I shook her shoulders.

"I just feel like I can't trust guys any more" she said.

We we're in our dorm.

I was sitting in my bed, studying for my biology test while Jamie was reading.

"Whatever" I said.

I really needed to study.

"What u I hooked up with sam?" She asked putting her book down

"WHAT!" I said louder than intended.

She smiled an evil grin.

"You like him don't you" she teased.

"N-no, of course not, I haven't got the time for guys" I said going back to my book.

"Then I'll just go make out with him" she said slowly making her way to the door.

"No!" I yelled, grabbing her arm.

"Then admit it" she said pulling her arm free and heading to the door again.

"OKAY!" I said.

"Okay? Okay what?" She asked, turning back with one hand still on the door handle.

"I admit it" I told her.

"Admit what?" Jamie asked.

"I like Sam Winchester" I mumbled.

That's sufficed.

She went back a laid on her bed.

"Oh and by the way" she said showing me her phone.

She had recorded the entire thing!

"Delete it!" I warned her.

"No I think I'll use this as leverage" she smirked turning her phone off and putting it on her night stand.

She had one of those finger print locks so i knew it was no use to even try.

I ignored her and went back to my studying.

The thought of Sam kept distracting me.

"Do I actually like him? Or it it just 'cuz he's hot? I really need to pass this test" I thought to myself.

I went back to my biology notes

"So...Liz Winchester... Kinda has a nice ring to it don't you think?" She asked, distracting me with thoughts of Sam once again

"We're not gonna get married, why would he ever like me? I'm a potatoe" I said.

We always joked about being ugly potatoes

"No your not, you have just as much of a chance with Sam and any other girl" she said.

"Suuuure" I rolled my eyes.

It was true though, I wasn't exactly the prettiest girl on campus.

Hell, I was still a virgin, surely a good looking guy like Sam would want nothing to do with me.

"Do you think he has a brother?" She asked.

"For you I'm guessing?" I asked though it was obvious.

"Duh" she looked at me like I was stupid.

"I don't know he said something about a Dan or something.....and besides, what about Todd?" I asked.

"Toss dead to me, he choose Anna, he left, hea gone and out of my life" she said.

I felt sorry for her.

Jamie don't really have a good history with guys....

She dated a guy who was hooked on drugs....And it wasn't the first time Anna stole her boyfriend.

"There are plenty of fish in the sea" I muttered.

"Yea, whatever" she said.

"But Sams my fish, don't touch my little fishy" I said.

She couldn't keep a straight face and lost it.

She rolled around in her bed for awhile until the laughing subsided.

We had been best friends since seventh grade, of course I knew how to make her laugh.

When we were littler we would make plans of going to college together and one day being the bridesmaid to the others wedding.

"Promise me I can be the bridesmaid if you and Sam get hitched" she said what I was thinking.

"Only if I can be the bridesmaid in yours" I said.

"Deal" we both said at the same time.

We laughed for a few minutes.

"Now stuff a cork in it, I have to study" I said, opening my textbook to a random page.

"Are you callin me a whore?" She asked, impersonating the lady off of 'Ted'

"What you gonna do if i am?" I asked trying to impersonate some tough guy.

"You wanna go?" She asked.

We got up in each others face.

"Let's go homie" I said.

"Where we going?" She asked.

"McDonalds, your paying" I said still acting like a tough guy.

We collapsed on our beds and laughed.

"But seriously, I need to study now" I said turning my attention back to my notes.

"I need to pass this test" I mentally scolded as I caught myself thinking about Sam again.
