<third person p.o.v>

"So n/n I heard from Midoriya that you're fighting with that Bakugou guy. Why?" Y/n looks up at Shinso and shrugs "Don't worry about it Hito. He just said something he shouldn't have." Shinso raise an eyebrow at the girl.

Once they got to school they were meet with Midoriya, Iida, and Uraraka. "Hey y/n! Hi Shinso!" Both nodded at Uraraka "Hey y/n are you still fighting with Kacchan?" Y/n sighed "Until he learns he isn't all that and can get over his pride, I won't talk with him." "What did he even do?" Shinso whispered to Midoriya "Oh! Y/n didn't tell you?" Shinso shook his head "Kacchan said something rude about you at lunch the other day and y/n kinda snapped at him." Shinso furrowed his eyebrows and grabbed y/n arm "Hito what the-" "Shut up real quick."

Shinso dragged y/n away and Midoriya, Iida and Uraraka were confused. Midoriya was slightly jealous of how close those two were but he didn't say anything and ignored it.

"Hito What are you doing?!" "Seriously y/n." Shinso let go of the female arms and stood in front of her with his arms crossed. Y/n furrowed her eyebrows "What?" Shinso sighed "Midoriya told me why you and Bakugou are fighting." Y/n clicked her tongue and once again Shinso sighed "You can't go fighting everyone for my sake. I can handle myself so cut it out." "I can't I've been doing it since we were little." "Well it's annoying hearing that you're fighting with one of your friends because of me. I'm older now y/n I can take care of myself. I don't need you to protect me!" Y/n looked away slightly hurt at what he had said "Fine. Whatever Hito."

She turned and walked to class and Shinso sighed. He felt a little bad snapping at her like that but he didn't like the fact she was protecting him like he can't do anything himself.

Once y/n made it to class she just went to sit down. Everyone noticed how her attitude was different from normal. Todoroki saw he and was about to ask what happened but once he got close enough y/n erupted into flames and told him "just leave me alone right now Sho. I'm not in a good mood." Todoroki sighed but left the girl alone.

<time skip brought by a firey furry of y/n>

Class was over but y/n had to stay and help the students with after school class. "Hey y/n what's wrong?" Said female turned around and saw Sero "Oh it's nothing don't worry about it Sero." Sero gave her a look that said 'don't lie to me' the female sighed and then told Sero what happened.

Sero listened to her "It's just, me and Hito never fought. He never raised his voice at me, so it's was shocking when he did. I know what he is saying is right. He can protect himself but this whole time I always protected him. So being told he doesn't need me to anymore it kinda hurt." Sero felt bad for the girl. She didn't mean any harm it was just her acting on instincts. Seeing her look so sad and lost hurt the male.

"Hey he didn't say he didn't need you anymore. He just said he could protect himself. If anything you should be proud he can protect himself. Your dad has been training him no?" The female nodded and looked up at Sero. The male felt his heart skip a beat at how cute she looked "He just doesn't want to worry you. So don't stress about it, okay?" The female nodded her head and Sero ruffled her hair and got her to laugh a little. That made the males face turn a shade of red. "Thanks Sero! You know you're pretty smart, even though you do come to these afternoon classes for extra help." Y/n said teasingly.Sero just laughed "That was kinda mean don't ya think?"

The classes went on and y/n mood wasn't as down. All the boys from 1-A noticed that while she was helping them. Eventually Mr. Aizawa came in and told y/n she could leave and he would finish the class. She nodded and said she would wait for him in the teachers lounge and Aizawa nodded.

Once y/n left she was meet with an angry hedgehog "We need to talk dumbass." Y/n sighed and nodded. The two left and started walking towards the teachers lounge. Since it was after school not many students were there. "Sorry." Y/n blinked confused on what he just said "Huh?" "I'm not repeating myself dumbass." Bakugou said with a click of his tongue.

Y/n stopped walking staring at Bakugou with a look of amusement on her face "Did THE Bakugou Katsuki just APOLOGIZE!?" "OI! SHUT UP DIP SHIT!" Y/n broke out into laughter and Bakugou gave a small smile seeing her laugh. He noticed she wasn't in a bad mood anymore and he was glad, but also salty seeing as he was the one that wanted to make her happy again.

"Anyways don't worry about it Bakugou. We're good. But keep in mind if you EVER say anything bad about Hito again. I will break your arms." He was taken aback by the girls threat and was even more taken aback when she was smiling up at him while saying it. He knew she wasn't joking so he just nodded.

The two continued walking and once they got to the teachers lounge y/n waved bye to the male but Bakugou spoke up "Oi, dumbass. You're gonna call me by my first name again, right?" Y/n was a little taken aback on what he said. She did noticed he would grimace a little every time she called him by his last name instead of his first. "Maybe. We'll see~" Bakugou clicked his tongue at he comment but he knew they were on good terms again. So once he turned around he smiled a little.
