James took me to my dressing room after I hugged him.
"Dee are you ok." he asked me with concern in his eyes.
'Well I got a divorce and screwed up at the oscars in front of a million stars. Not to mention all the hate comments after it.'
"I'm fine." My voice cracked.
Shit my voice let me down.
"Dee I'm serious, I can't help you if you won't tell me." James said taking my hand in his.
I shuttered at his touch.
"I'm fine really, you don't have to worry about me." I said getting teary eyed.
James said nothing more but just enveloped me in his strong arms.
JAMES POV
Idina fell asleep in my arms. I looked at her beautiful brown hair laying against her broad shoulders. I do have to admit I love her. I just can't betray my wife. Idina always told me the pain and hurt that she would feel if she ever got cheated on.
I decided to wake Idina up so I kissed her forehead ever so slightly. she stirred and looked up at me with those beautiful green eyes.
"Hey sleepyhead." I said as she snuggled into my chest deeper.
"Hey." she said bluntly.
" Dee please tell me what's wrong, it's killing me to see you like this."
I saw tears form at the brim of her eyes.
" I can't tell you." she said burying her chest in my shirt. I heard her muffled sobs in my shirt.
"Dee come on." I said hugging her tightly.
"I love you James." she said looking up at me with puffy red eyes.
I couldn't hold it in any longer. I put my hands on her cheeks. I couldn't do it, no matter how much I wanted to kiss her, and hold her, and cuddle with her every day I just couldn't.
"You have an eyelash on your nose." I said and brushed my thumb over her nose to make the eyelash go away.
"Thank you James." she said releasing her breath as if she was holding it in.
I just stared at her for a while admiring her adorable freckles that covered her face like a blanket of snow.
" James what's going in with us." Idina said staring at my eyes.
I had to tell her, I had to tell her that I loved her more than anything in life.
I ran out of the room quickly ignoring her attempts to run after me. I left the building and ran just ran, I didn't know where I was going I just had to not think of Idina.
