"What is happening?" - Part Ten

Mal POV :
I put my spellbook on the table and noticed my diary not being in the place it used ot be ; No one knew I wrote diaries so it was risky for someone to read it ; There were somethings written in it that shouldn't be read by anyone !
I looked at Evie and Jay who were talking over there .
"Um.. Mal ?" It was Carlos . I turned around and looked at him . He scratched his neck nervously and said :" Thanks for .. doing that for me .." Then as if he noticed something , he coughed and said :" I mean .. for us !"
I rolled my eyes and said :" I did that for Evie .." Carlos gulped and a silence reigned in the room . Evie and Jay walked towards us and Evie pulled her hair back and I could see her red (I guess) new earings .
Her blue hair was fallen all over her shoulders and those red earings suit her very well !
" How do I look ?" Evie asked as she was looking at me and Carlos (mostly Carlos).
"It looks great .... Where'd you get them ?" Carlos said as he was smiling .
Evie glanced at Jay and blushed :" Jay gave me !"
Jay smirked and Carlos said :" Uh huh ! That's great !" I just didn't want to believe this was all real .. I just felt it wasn't right ! I mean Evie flirted with most of the guys in town but why was this relationship bothering me this much ? Maybe because I thought that they weren't meant to be . I remember morning at school ; When I was stalking Evie and Carlos and hiding behind the column in the backyard . I don't know why was I there .. I was just watching them I guess ? I hate the way I feel about myself watching them like that! Is it jealousy ?!
I mean like what am I jealous of ?! No, it's not jealousy , Mal .
Why should you be jealous of that runt ? But there was something that made me feel like there was no love between them .. Just something ..
" So , What are we gonna do now ?" Jay said and broke the awkward silence . He pulled his brown hair back and stared at Evie which was admiring Carlos .
"What if we play Truth or dare ?" Evie asked excitedly and fixed her eyes on Carlos' lips which made me kinda mad as I didn't know why !
" I guess that's a good idea .." Carlos said and chuckled . I stared at his freckles and dark eyes which were sparkling as if his gaze was holding the whole galaxy and stars inside . That was what I could see inside those simple brown eyes . They were as dark as my destiny and shiny as how good it could be but it's not ..
They related to me , so much . To be honest I don't hate Carlos .. He is just so nervous and such a coward .
But the way those two were together was just so... embarassing ; Evie wrapped herself around him closer than food wrap and is just as transparent. She would gaze through her overly made-up eyes with her cloying vapidity, simpering softly until Carlos oppened his mouth and talked !
Then she would giggle at nothing like she was a 5 year old .
I can't say anything about it, to do so will put our friendship at risk, and that is something I won't do. Friends like her and Carlos , won't come along too often.
but let's face it, I was actually really smarter than Evie and better .. in anything !
And if it wasn't for me they wouldn't have survived !
Everybody sat down on the ground . Jay threw a bottle on the floor and spinned it and it stopped spinning while one of it's ends was towards me and another end was towards Evie . I smiled awkwardly and said :" Ask away .." I tried to act cool but I was scared of whatever she'd want me to do !
" Truth or dare ?" She asked in her usual kind tone as she was twirling her blue curls with her fingers and grinning .
" Dare..." I said . Evie looked at Carlos in a way that it looked like she was planning to do something .
"Teach Carlos how to spray paint !" Evie said and smiled at Carlos who was sitting and staring at me with confusion . I saw that he kinda blushed but still he looked like as if he was numb and he couldn't smile or say anything .
" Fine !" I said and stood up .
" Where are we gonna do it ?" I turned around and asked Carlos as he was rubbing his arm awkwardly .
" You don't need to Mal .." Carlos murmured .
"Just say it !" I yelled at them . I laughed so they wouldn't understand I was serious and mad ! I had this kinda nervous feeling that was familliar to that day after school ..
And this feelings was killing me !
"I think it's good to do it in the backyard .." Jay said and glanced at Evie . I shipped them to be honest . I loved Jay and Evie more .. And I was sure about something that Evie and Carlos weren't meant to be ! Carlos knew that himself ... But there was something I needed to be honest about to myself ; I had feelings for Carlos ; I knew he didn't but I had and if I'm gonna think logical that was the reason I cried after seeing Evie holding his hands and caressing them in the backyard saying the We are meant to be sentence as he was looking down . Evie looked at Jay and smiled at him in a friendly way and friend-zoned him . I laughed looking at them and said :" Ok then ! Lets go .."
I took my spray paints outside of my wardrobe and walked through the exit . I stood in the backyard waiting for others. The weather was cloudy as usual but there was no storm coming , hopefully .
I shook the green spray paint in my hand amd tried if it works on the corner of the wall . Carlos stood beside me and said :" Um.. What color should I pick ?"
"Probaply red , black and white ...?" I said and turned toward my wall .
Evie took the blue spray paint and said :" Okay let's see if Carlos learns !" And smiled at me murmuring something like thanks and I just smiled as a your welcome .
I threw the red spray through Carlos and said :" Carlos !" Carlos suddenly turned around and caught the spray as it was slipping off his hands for a moment . He was really clumsy ! He laughed awkwardly and said :" Ugh ! Sorry .. Okay so .. What are we doing ?"
I stared at his white hair which had dark routes which grew everyday more and showed themselves more especially under the weak light of the sun which was hidding behind the clouds the and was gleaming through the ground .
"Follow my steps , Carlos !" I said and painted a L on the wall with my spraypaint as it's smell was filling my nose and I could smell the new color of it .
Carlos shook his spray and painted a line on the wall as his hand was trembling and I could see his face which was kinda upset and embarassed because he couldn't draw things without his hand trembling . He wrinckled his nose and suddenly dropped the spray down . He darted back when he dropped the spray and sighed tiredly .
He bent down and took it and said :" Gosh .. I don't think I can do this !"
"Me neither .." Jay said smirking . I turned and looked at him in a very bad way ! I mean we were doing this for Evie and I didn't want her heart broken !
I took a deep breath and thought :" You can do this , Mal ! Do it for Evie !!" Then I walked through Carlos and grabbed his hand and squeezed the spray in his hand as my warm hands were embracing his freezing cold and tembling hands . I pushed his funger towards the valve and moves his arms in a straight way as I could feel him staring at me in a very strange way . It was like he was scanning my whole body without moving ; Just with eyes . I finally wrote long live evil on the wall and quickly let go of his hand .
He stared at me and smiled ;" Thanks for .. teaching me ..!" He said as I felt like his cheeks were kinda red ?.. Maybe I was wrong . I mean why would he blush .. Infront of me ?..
I turned around and looked at Evie who was wondering about something and looking at me and Carlos .
" I teached him !" I said as my arms were crossed . Carlos gulped and continued ...
"Thanks Mal ! I guess now we are compeletly friends then !" Evie said and walked through Carlos . Jay stared at her in a admiring way ; I knew he loved her but somethings were impossible . I turned and looked at Evie which was looking at Carlos saying :" That looks beautiful , Carlos ..." As Carlos was concentrating on the painting .
I rolled my eyes and said :" I think I'm gonna go for a walk .."
Evie said :" But what about the game ?" And fixed her eyes with sorriness on the ground .
"I'm just going for a walk .. We play the rest of the game tomorow , alright ?" I said as I felt exhausted and upsed just as much as usual .
Carlos stood infront of me and said :" Thanks for teaching me how to spray paint .." and smiled .
"Welcome and bye !" I said and smiled automaticlly . Then I walked away ..
I exited my house and walked through the place I always went while I felt bad and upset ..
There was like somewhere very high where you could see Aurdon while standing in . I never showed it but I loved to go there .. I mean what if I was a Aurdon girl ? And I was allowed to date ? I would probaply choose Carlos but I know he wouldn't ! He was so kind to be my bofriend .. To be my soulmate ! Maybe he and Evie .. They were meant to be , because they were both loyal and kind .
I looked around and as I noticed that I was alone I stepped forward .
" If only I knew what my , heart was , telling me ..." I sang in my usual tone .. murmuring so no one would hear it as I felt like I'm gonna cry .. I felt bad and I had this thing that I didn't know what it was , preventing me from breathing , smiling , moving and being happy ..!
" Don't know what I'm feeling ... Is this just a dream ???" I murmured again and suddenly I heard a familliar voice .
" Beautiful !!!" I turned around to see Harry as I expected ! He heard me singing ?!
"W..what are you doing here ??!!!" I asked as I was short of breath .
"Listening to your beautiful voice !" He said and touched my hair with his hook . I grabbed his hook firmly and pushed it away .
"Go away , Hook !" I said angrily.
He raised his eyebrows and fixed his ice blue eyes on mine and said :" What ? He doesn't still know about your feelings .. It's not considered cheating !"
"What ?" I said and wrinckled my nose .
"I'm talking about De Vil !" He said and smirked . Where did he know that ? I raised my eyebrows and said :" That"s none of your buisness , Hook !"
" Why ? Aren't you my ex ?" He asked with his usual sarcastic psychotic tone .
"Exactly ! You're my ex ! Plus where's you know that ?!!" I yelled at him .
Suddenly he raised something that I knew with his hook and showed it to me ; My diary !

MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH ! I'm a VK myself ! Jk just being mean I guess ..
Ahahahahah ! No okay . I'll stop .
