1. New Girl

Bella

I woke up to the ringing of my alarm, grabbing it and throwing it against my wall and destroying it completely.

I immediately sat up and looked at the mess I made.
I groaned.

'great swan, first day in Forks and you destroy your alarm clock. Only you bella'

I woke up before Charlie was able to wake me. I grinned, but the grin fell when I realized that today was school.

I stood up and went to my closet, grabbing black ripped skinny jeans, a white v-neck t-shirt and my lovely black leather jacket. Going to the bathroom after placing the clothes on my bed, I stripped myself from my pajamas and took a look on the mirror.

The scar from the bite never left. I just closed up and scarred my shoulder. Not only that but I also got a weird claw tattoo on my neck. It could be a sign of being a lycan.

I just shoved those thoughts away and relaxed in the cold shower, since my body way overheating since my change. Also... Little bell was too excited.

After my shower I threw some boxers on and the clothes that I layed out on my bed.

"bells, it's almost time to go"

I went down and greeted Charlie good morning. He obviously tried to do some breakfast but failed. Burned eggs on the pan.

'oh dear'

"dad, from now on I will cook"
I scratched his head and agreed.
"alright kid. I won't be home until late. Co-worker is sick, I need to take his shift" he explained.

I nodded, said my goodbyes and hopped on my bike.

The way to school wasn't that long and also not that far. I parked my bike in the lot and got off of it, taking me helmet off. Not that I really needed it.

It was still quite empty, not full but there were some students.
A silver Volvo pulled in and parked across on the other side of the lot together with a jeep.

'since when can people in this little town afford them?'

The students got out, and that's when I smelled it or better, them.

Vampires...

I couldn't believe it, and I also couldn't handle my rage, that was start to grow inside of me.
Not only one but five of them.

As if they heard my thoughts they turned to me. Quite quickly of I may.

I glared at them, my jaw clenching.
They frowned while one of them stared at me like I just grew a second head.
I stared back at the pixie and suddenly felt a pull, the need to be near her. To hold her.

I was confused at the feelings. Everything became clear when my mind said only one thing.

'mate'

My eyes went wide. The pixie was my mate. A vampire. The ones I hate and loathe. I can't. Not with her.

I frowned and left to get to the schools office.

"hello what can I do for you"
The secretary, Ms. Cope asked.

"hello, yeah. I'm bella swan. Im here to get my schedule"
I ran my hand through my hair

"of course, just a moment"
She said and pulled out some papers
"here is your schedule, and you give these to your teachers and let them sign it. Bring them back after school" she said and dismissed me.

I walked to my class while thinking about the incident at the parking lot. That pixie... She was kinda cute... I halted myself. Just what am I thinking?! She's a vampire.

I frowned and sat down in the free seat. Not that really care if it's free or not. It's mine now.
A boy with a baby face came up and sat next to me.

"you're Isabella right?"
The blonde boy asked.
I corrected him ans said "just bella" he smirked. I grimaced 'oh lord. Please tell me he's not into me. Please...'

He stretched out his hand introduced himself as Mike Newton. Soon enough the teacher came in, saving me from the Newton boy and began with trig.

It was weird, I understood everything that Mr. Varner explained and teached. Even though math was never my thing. I guess being a lycan changes a lot of things.

Class was soon over, after the Bell rang, Mike asked me if I wanted to sit with his friends. I accepted, why not. Maybe they could tell me more about those damn bloodsuckers.

Soon enough It was lunchtime, I sat with Mike and his friends, Angela webber was a nice girl and shy, Jessica stanley was more of a gossip girl, Eric Yorkie not sure where to put him and then there was Lauren Mallory who was shooting daggers at me.

At that moment I got a whiff again, the vampires where near, that's when the door opened and 5 beautiful people came in.

I needed to hold back a growl but kept on glaring at them in hate and anger.

They made their way to a table and sat down, surprisingly staring at me.

"I see you noticed the Cullens"
Jessica stated.
I turned to hear and asked her who they are.

"well, the blonde ice queen bombshell is Rosalie, she's with Emmett the brown haired giant beside her. The one who looks like he is in pain is jasper, he's with Edward the one with the antigravity hair and the little pixie one is Alice, she's always dancing around and is weird. Gorgeous aren't they? But they keep themselves to well... Themselves and are all like together together. Besides Alice she's single. I telling you it's weird"

"they are not blood related Jess. Besides Jasper and Rosalie, they are twins but they are all adopted" angela interrupted Jessica.

"adopted?"
That means there are still two more? Oh wonderful.

"yeah doctor and Mrs. Cullen adopted them, since Mrs Cullen couldn't have children of her own" Angela explained kindly.

I turned back to glare at them and noticed that they were staring at me the whole time in wonder.

I grabbed my bag and left the cafeteria without a word. I couldn't stand being near them and just went on with the school day, not meeting any of the Cullens for the rest of the day.

At the end of the day I laid on my bed and glanced to my guitar.

'I might as well tune it now'
I grabbed the guitar and tuned it just right. After that I placed it back to its original place and started to change into my pajamas.

"let's hit the bed"
I muttered tieredly and entered dreamland
