Grayson: "y/n" you silently heard as you opened your eyes slowly taking in your crying boyfriend that was hovering over you "oh my god" he said and hugged you tighter than he ever has as he buried his face in the crook of your neck. you were extremely confused but went with it since you had only seen Grayson cry maybe 2 times in the 3 years you had been dating, which meant it had to be serious. "hey," you said running your fingers through his hair as he relaxed a little "you're ok I promise what happened?" you asked as he lifted his head from your neck. you could barely see him in the dim light of the breaking dawn but he definitely had tears in his eyes and you saw some roll down his cheeks. "I had a dream you left me." his voice cracked towards the end of his sentence. "awe baby no." you said pulling him towards you as he started crying again "I'm not going to do that Grayson I promise." you feel him nod slowly as you kissed the top of his head as you both fell asleep once again.
Ethan: you woke up to the sound of your bedroom door closing, opening your eyes you look to the left and don't see your husband, Ethan. you got up and walked out the door, down the hall, you hiked down the stairs and finally saw Ethan sitting on the counter in your kitchen with a glass of water in his hand. "babe?" you asked walking closer to him "shit," he said sniffling shortly after and wiping a hand over his eye "I didn't want to wake you up, you need sleep." it was technically true you had just given birth to your baby. "I'm fine Ethan, what's wrong?" you asked worried "I just had a dream I'm fine." he obviously wasn't as you saw a tear roll down his cheeks that he quickly wiped away. "hey, it wasn't real." you said pulling him in for a hug. he cried into the crook of your neck "you and y/b/n left me." your heart broke in half as he finished his sentence, never would the thought of you and your baby leaving Ethan ever cross your mind, "no, oh baby no we aren't going to do that, I'm not leaving that easily." you said smiling as he pulled away. he smiled and let out a stifled giggle. "we love you Ethan. both of us." "good because I love you both most." he smiled kissing you.
