8 - Spy

An: lets just say that the mask has a voice modulator on it because if not it would be really obvious that they are the same person.

"What about you freckles, would you?"

Midoriya looks me now with anger in his eyes, I am very non threatening as a hero

I get a bit closer to him for intimidation purposes and without warning I get a leg kicked in my gut causing me to hold my stomach and back up a bit. I shake it off and look Midoriya or Toga square in the eye.

"I'll take that as a no then"

I should probably invest in some leg restraints but generally the people I kidnap are too scared to fight back or find it pointless. I should've expected Toga would do something like this.

"Would you like to die sooner or later because it just looked like you signed up to die last, so now you can watch your beloved friends suffer and as they beg for the sweet relief of death you now get front row seating as I slowly break there will to live and then I'll break them. Metaphorically and physically."

I say in a pit of rage, I need to get better at smack talking because I don't feel like people take my threats seriously. Well jokes on them, I can just kill them, then they wont be taking me lightly.

They will be dead

All three of them are pressed agents the wall. I think its a reflex for people scared because almost every one of my victims try to back away before I kill them.

I notice Midoriya looking to where the entrance is to the room. Oh no, if someones their I definitely need to kill them.

I look toward the wet floor to see if I can see whats happening in the reflection of the puddle.

There is definitely someone there but sense it's a puddle its tricky to see who it is.

They all probably noticed them and just didn't make it obvious but thanks to Toga, I know more than they think.

I see Toga tap her, his? Mine? Whatever, I saw her tap her fingers three times. I can only assume that that means that there's three people.

"So question?" I start saying to the people in fount of me paying no attention to the others hiding in the room. "Why do you guys want to be heroes? Be careful how you answer tho, it may be the difference between life and death."

"Glasses, you answer first." I say while grabbing duct tape and a knife from a table on the other side of the room still pretending not to notice the others in the room.

"I will not tell a villain my reason for being a hero" Iida says stern.

"Oh well I guess I can use some of my most recent kidnapping victims to persuade you to tell me."

The three in fount of me look at me with confusion

"It'll make more sense in a second." I say as I, using my quirk, run over to the doorway and see three people, three people from class 1A.

I wave to them and using the duct tape, I tape them together before they had the chance to react to them knowing I knew they were here.

The three that were hiding where Yaoyorozu, Kirishima, and my love Todoroki.

I chain them to the wall like the others and quickly get out a serum that was dropped off somewhat recently. Basically I did some bargaining and got several viles of a temporary quirk eraser drug.

It wont take it away forever, but for a decent amount of time. I quickly inject it into the newest arrivals knowing their quirks could prove trouble-sum for me if they try to escape.

"So" I put a knife up to Yaoyorozu's throat "You could just tell me why you want to be a hero or you can watch as I slit her throat, and I'm guessing you don't want to be the one to blame for your classmates death."

"Fine, just move the knife away and I'll tell you." Iida says finally giving in.

"Nope, tell me first, then I'll move the knife. Don't forget I'm the one with the power here."

"I'll talk just don't kill her" Iida says, the nervousness coming through in his voice.

"Yeah... you wouldn't make a good villain. Anyway please tell me why you want to be a hero, and remember, life or death."

He takes a breath "I want to be a hero so I can save people, just like my family. But I also want to save people because its the right thing to do."

Hmm he didn't fully lie. Most the time people will tell me what they think I want to hear so I might spare them. I'll keep him alive for at least the next few minutes.

He can be used as leverage, with his whole hero family and everything.

"So what about you?  What's your reason for being a hero?"  I look down at the person I have at my blade.

Her response is really calm.  I can tell she is the mom of class 1a. 

"I want to be a hero in order to save people and apprehended the guilty using my money and abilities in order to help people." Yaoyorozu states

"Hmm, ok.  Who wants to go next?"  I ask

There's no response, it's like they're scared or something.

"Someone just answer him."Yaoyorozu starts  "We are at the disadvantage here so it's best to do what he says and try to make it out aliv-"

I push the blade a bit more against her neck and she stops talking, she isn't bleeding but that can change real fast.

"You were about to say that you all can make it out alive, right?  Do you actually think you can get out of here that easy?  Listen you had good intentions hero but here, you need bad intentions to survive."

I take the blade away and back up, looking at the 6 chained up.

"I'm just going to go down the line, and if you don't answer me... well let's just say you might not have fingers!"

The look of fear on their faces is hilarious, I almost laughed

"So green head, why do you want to be a hero?"

I really hope Toga gets this right.  I know Iida and Uraraka know the answer since I told them already so if its different things could go downhill.

Tho they could assume the answer is different because of the kidnapping but that might not work as well as I hope.

The room is quiet, "I'd recommend answering sooner rather then later" I say

"Are you going to kill me based on answer?" He asks

"Maybe, it depends on your answer" And also whether or not they're useful but I left that part out.

The others in the room are now looking from me to other me. 

"I want to be a hero in order to save people who cant save themselves.  Saving people like All Might does."  Deku responds.

It's a good answer, a basic one but a good one. 

"Aww, how noble of you" I say in a mocking baby voice "NEXT" I yell startling the heroes

I approach Uraraka "So, why do you" I point my knife at her "Want to be a hero?" I know her reason is bad, I just want to know how her answer is going to change now that she knows her life is on the line.

"I want to be a hero so I can have the money to make my parents lives better, and help others who are in need as well" She says fast, almost like she was trying to rip off a band-aid.  She knows this wont end well.

At least she was honest tho.

I look to Kirishima "So why do you want to be a hero?"

Well it's official, I'm really bad at making timely updates to this book, anyway I hope you have a fantastic rest of you days and as it's probably really late for some of you, get sleep and drink water.
