"You only... like me?" Luka asked with disbelief.
"Luka," I say. "Love is a sensitive thing for me, it's a strong word. I'm sorry."
"(Y/N)" Luka said. "It's fine. I'll be here as long as you need me."
I laughed. "Thanks, I just need a bit of time to think." I rested my head on his shoulder and we watched the sun set. A few minutes later I got a phone call from my mom. We talked for a minute and I hung up.
"Sorry, Luka I have to go." I said as I walked off. Gryff flew out and I talked to him about what happened.
"Young love." He said with starry eyes. "Reminds me of the good old days."
"Hmph. You dated another Kwami?" I asked
"Yeah, before I went missing I dated Sass." He said looking outwards.
"So, you're gay?" I asked. "Not that there's anything wrong with that-" Gryff cut me off
"Us Kwamis are genderless." He stated. "So, technically, no but also yes in a way."
"Odd." I say. "Anyway, what should I do about the Luka situation?" I asked.
"Just think about it." He replied.
We got to my house, I changed into pajamas and I flopped on my bed. I fell asleep soon after.
