my date gave up on me to senior prom. I walked out of the building and to the back to light a cig. I noticed another guy. "do you also get blown off?" I ask sitting a few feet away. "what makes you think that?" He asks. "well you are wearing a tuxedo, smoking outside at the back of the school." I say. He was gonna argue but closed his mouth nodding. "fair point." he says. I slight chuckle. I grab my smokes but realize I forgot my lighter. "can you light mine?" I ask. he lights mine and we sat there breathing in not only nicotine but the cold air. "lip." he says. "what..?" I ask confused. "my names Lip." He says. I nod, "y/n." I say taking another wiff.
