3rd person POV
Seungcheol woke up to an empty bed but himself being wrapped with a blanket like a cacoon . "How Long have I been out? Geez." Seungcheol asked himself as he groaned and got up.

He immediately smiled when he saw a note on the nightstand .

"Hey Cheollie,
            Me and Jeonghan had to go take care of some stuff with the pack. You know, Alpha duties, I'm sorry that we're not there to be with you when you wake up but we'll make it up to you later ok? When you wake up just go to the kitchen and Eomma should be there. If it hurts too much just press the red button on the side. Jeonghan or I will come and help you. Anyway hope you had a great sleep we love you.

Seungcheol smiled and looked at the button. He was about to press it when he remembered that their currently carrying out their duties. So he dealt with the pain and slowly walked out and into the living room. In the living room, there they were. His lovers. Are the lovers? Seungcheol thought. They didn't ask him to be their boyfriend but they asked him to be their mate so he's assuming they are.

Seungcheol watched them as they did business but something caught his eye. Two girls. They were sitting next to both of them, linking their arms and clinging onto them. He walked down a bit to hear their conversation.

"My daughters love you two so much. You're their assigned mates. Thank you for taking care of them."
Joshua and Jeonghan looked at each other.
"I'm sorry Mr & Mrs Kim, but we both have found our actual mates already."

Just then, Seungcheol slipped and rolled down the stairs. Thankfully he wasn't injured that badly from the fall.

"Cheollie!" Joshua and Jeonghan immediately left the girl to go to his side.
"I told you if you were in too much pain one of us could've helped you." Joshua said as he looked at Seungcheol.
"You said you were busy. I didn't want to bother you." Seungcheol said looking down.
Jeonghan chuckled and kissed his forehead. "You're not a bother."

"ERM- YES HE IS!?"
"YEAH HOW CAN YOU KISS SOMEONE ELSE'S FOREHEAD IN FRONT OF YOUR MATES?"
The two girls intervened.

Seungcheol visibly stiffened at this.
"You aren't our mate. He is." Joshua said as Jeonghan carried him so he wouldn't get injured any further. Seungcheol felt like he was defeated even without a fight.
"I-I can walk on my own Hannie.." he told Jeonghan. "Are you sure?" Joshua asked as he came to him. Seungcheol nodded his head and Jeonghan put him down.

"I'm gonna go to Dokyeom and Channie.." Seungcheol said awkwardly as he started to limp. Just then, he was suddenly being carried by Joshua. "You're obviously not okay. I'll bring you there. Hannie you take care of our guests." "I know what to do. Josh if I see a single scratch on our mate you're dead." And with that, Joshua and Seungcheol left.
