Wolves asleep amidst the trees
Bats all a swaying in the breeze
But one soul lies anxious wide awake
Fearing all manner of ghouls, hags and wraiths

We walked through the sand, leading to the forest. We looked at each other and slowly step on the wet dirt. after the first couple of steps we were brought to the memory we were looking for.Isabell of the angels. Silas of the Demons. Andre of the elves. Ivan of the Fairies. Michel of the humans. Victor of the Reapers. Ivy of the Wendigo. August of the Dragon. Rose of the Werewolves. Issac of the vampires. Aaron of the Sirens. Finally, Mason of the Mages. All together in the clearing. Holding onto each other we walked towards them, our gear making little noise. They danced, singing the songs of unity in their honor. The melody so hypnotizing, The banging of the drums, their movements. The different colors of mist appearing from behind them. I walked to Isabell. Kaleb walked to Victor. Kyler walked to Aaron. Krista walked to Michel. Kai walked to Silas. Eric walked to Mason. Damien walked to Rose. Marley walked to Ivy. Lana walked to Andre. Joseph walked to August. Dalia waked to Ivan. We gathered our hands and let them rest at our sides. The memory gone, the mist there. With one last breath the Relics appeared in front of us. We took a step forward then back, the to the side, then to the other side. Beginning the dance. My necklace started to glow. Kyler's earrings glowed. Eric's bracelets glowed. Kalebs rings started glowing. we moved in sync with each other, as though we had done this multiple times before. The music growing louder, then suddenly silence. The smell of Lavender and blood were filling our lungs. Leaving the Relics we rushed back to our village, seeing our home burning down.
