Goggles and Specs had spent the day treating the injured wolf hybrid that didn't really want these strangers help but reluctantly stayed as the sleeping bag he was on was really comfortable. "Soooo Rider what happened to you ?" Goggles asked leaning close to rider making the wolf a little uncomfortable "I really don't wanna talk about it...." Rider leaned away a little uncomfortable with the overwhelmingly cheerful inkling "Well in that case, can you tell us a bit about yourself Rider ?" Specs said writing in a notepad "Why should I tell you anything?" Rider snarled at the two inkling "Because we saved your life, now you owe us !" Goggles smiled at the wherewolf  and rider couldn't disagree

Think for a moment Rider came up with some not so intrusive answers "ok uh Ive lived in the mountains senes I was a pup, I think I'm 16 now..."Rider thought for a second making sure he was right "Yout not sure of you own age ?" Specs asked  "...Like I said earlier I don't wanna talk about it." Rider said firmly before returning to his train of thought "I'm allergic to most meat ironically and I was planning to move up into the mountains soon ." Rider said his tail waving back and forth "Move? Why were ya gonna move ?" Goggles said tilting his head, Rider looked to the side "To many crazy people hunting me and my friends...." rider trailed off looking to the side "Wait THERE ARE MORE MONSTERS ?!?!" Goggles and Specs shout hurting the wolf boys sensitive ears "Ummm ya there's a harpy and a naga that live around here and we get along, they probably already moved up into the mountains....." Rider trailed off his tail swaying back and forth "I hope.." rider whispered "Well there's no way your going anywhere with those injuries, we are keeping you here!" Specs pointed out " No you are not, I'm fine so I'm gonna lea-GAH !!!" Rider tried to leave but the pain in both his legs, back and hip had forced back to the ground "Well......He did try to warn you." Goggles said

It was late at night most of the campsite was asleep 'Ugh.....warmth why do I feel warmth ?' Rider though, being able to see in the dark he saw that both Goggles and Specs has fallen asleep on his chest 'There so sweet...... I will protect you both .' Riders mind went to his keeping his newfound friends warm managing to pull the two boys close, slowly shifting into his previous form thinking back to the days earlier events, Trying to find Emperor, the hunters, the traps, getting separated from Army, and then finding these two. Rider felt one of the inklings snuggle up into his fur.

Rider won't admit it but this was nice 'Heh....this reminds me of when I was a pup...' Rider thought back to when he and the others were young, when it would rain Emperor and Army would come to his cave and snuggle up into his fur, he hopes the harpy and Naga were ok.
