Chapter Twenty Nine (Aftermath)

This is the ending... part one. hehe.

I am so very sad to end this story but I love you all. You guys have all been here from the very start and I love you all, again. I'm glad to hear stories of how Scarlet means so much to them and how two people became friends because of this story. In the end it's very beautiful to see that.

I've always been that kind of person who would want to make a change to people's lives but I'm never courageous to say the words I want to say out loud. That's where writing comes in, writing makes everything better for me cause I can state what I want, when I want, without showing myself.

If there is any chapter you have to brace yourself for it's this one, nothing good happens... or does it? It's stuffed up. I didn't want it to happen like this but yeah.. I am planning to write a sequel but I want to get some (probs like 6) chapters done on Browsing For Girls.

Also, can someone PLEASE explain all this "Mr. X" and "The Storm" stuff. I've read it and it sounds pretty legit but yeah, I'm still confused.. -.-

*Louis' POV*

What the actual fuck, Harry?! You try so hard for a girl and you give her up because of your career even though she's perfectly willing to give up everything for you.

I thought he actually cared about Scarlet. I can't do this. I'm so mad and I swear I could take all my anger on Harry if I was given a chance.

How much does he think Scarlet can take? Niall cheating on her, Harry saying she loves her but then he can't risk his career. I know where Harry's coming from and all but she would throw away everything for him.

"So. That's it. Okay. Fine" Scarlet says and she doesn't want to even question him. Scarlet walks past everyone and Harry realizes what he's done.

"I've lost her now haven't I?" Harry says and Zayn replies "You've done more than that. If the first time you hurt her killed her, she's completely dead now" Harry runs his hand through his hair.

"Lou, I need your help" Harry says and I reply harshly "No. You blew it. Scarlet loved you and I thought that was everything for you. That's why I supported you more than Niall but she's just another girl. Scarlet can't even fight anymore, the thing she does best is fight, that's what makes her strong" Harry becomes speechless.

We continue walking and I ask, desperate for an answer "Did you love her? Well, more than any other girl like you said you did or did you lie to me like you lied to her?" Harry shakes his head "I love her. I do. I do. It's just I don't know what I'll be without my career or what I'll do next" Harry says.

"She didn't know what she'd be without her career but she'd do everything for you" I say and Harry starts to cry.

"I've lost her as quick as I had her" Harry says and I comfort him. I wanted to leave him and let him feel all the hurt he could but he's also my friend.

*Scarlet's POV*

I was just another girl. I'm not special and I'm done. I'm done. I've given him chances, I've lost a love for him and what? For nothing. He cares about his career more than anything. His career makes him special and he can't live without it, I've worked just as hard for mine and I'd throw it away for him. I couldn't believe I was so naive.

My phone rings and I stop walking, the guys are miles behind me. I look up before I answer the call. We're in front of the Eiffel Tower.

"Hello?" I say. I can't be bothered answering this call.
