This may be the last chapter until I make my back log, just as a warning.
*Chica's POV*
My mom drove me to school the next day. Mom told me I didn't have to ride the bus if I wasn't up for it yet, at the moment I'm deciding against the bus. Maybe in a week or two I'll change my mind but for now I'm just gonna take this one step at a time.
After a few minutes we got to the school and I got out. Waving goodbye to my mom I walk up to the doors and go into the already packed and chaotic halls of the school.
I got to my locker easily in the morning, considering the fact that I saw at least 3 people get ran over and falling face-first onto the floor that is an achievement anyone in this school can be proud of.
Putting some of my stuff in my locker I close it, according to the principle as long as our backpack is small we can carry it so that's what I'm doing. Closing my locker I wait for the crowd to go by before anything and once it thinned I went to my homeroom.
The room was almost completely empty, well I say almost when nobody was in the room. Walking over to the back corner of the room and getting in my seat I wait for anybody else to come in.
After a minute a pink bunny walking in with their head hung low messing with their fingers. She noticed they were in the room and looked up to see me.
"Oh someone being in the room before me that's new." she admitted before coming and sitting next to me. "Hi quiet girl how's it going?" she asked with a smile.
As my notebook was already out I flipped to the page that I had used for the conversion with Bonnie yesterday and started writing. "It's been alright, nobody's really caring about me all that much." she read over it and sat back up straight.
"Well this is only your second day so more people will know you're here as time goes on." she told me laying her head on the desk. "So I saw you talking to Bonnie at lunch yesterday." my eyes widen slightly when she says that.
"Yeah. He's an old friend." I start playing with my pencil after I wrote it. Bonnet leaned back slightly onto the desk behind her. "Looked like it to me." she looked at the paper at what I can only guess was the previous conversations I had the day before, it made me nervous to say the least.
"I overheard you two talking about the cheerleader tryouts. Are you gonna try for it?" sighing I nod nervously waiting for her to judge me or something like that. Instead she leaned in and pat my back softy. "Good to hear, Mangle may not accept you right away with you being so new but I hope you give it your all."
We don't have much more time to speak afterward, as everybody else had filed into the room. Class was pretty much getting started so getting to do much aside from what we were told until that was done was pretty hard.
It 100% took forever to get through the class with us reading something and every couple of minutes stopping to say something. Time really does slow down when you don't want it to.
After a while the other two classes were over and we were about ten minutes away from packing up for our electives I think that's what they're called.
"So I saw you were with Bonnie." A voice from beside me said, I recognized it as Toy quickly and nodded to confirm. "I didn't think you would like him, I'm glad you do though. He's a nice bunny." she smiled as I got my pencil out to reply.
"He's sort of an old friend. Honestly wasn't expecting to see him." she read it before asking how I know him. "Internet mostly." Lying was the best I really wanted to do for now, I don't fully trust her.
She went back to her paper quickly before she was caught talking. Guess there's a bright side for not being able to talk most times, I won't be in trouble as often.
