CHAPTER20_THE COUPLES( YASMIN AND DR.SHARIF)

Yasmin and Dr.Sharif kept communicating for some times. One day, she decided to call him in the afternoon around 3:30 pm. She covered her self in a blanket in her room,unknowingly to her,Abdul  entered her room. He stood watching her for 5 minutes.He noticed she was inside the blanket laughing so he grabbed the blanket and uncovered her. To his surprise he saw Yasmin on call and he asked her who gave you the phone in a very ferious manner? She was sheivering and couldn't reply. He then held her tightly to his chest saying Yasmin I love you very much . please don't do this to me you are the only woman I want you  in my life. He hugedher so tightly .Yasmin was so afraid . she managed to struggle from him and ran into the toilet and locked her self up. It was then he realized what he did he kept knocking at the toilet door, telling her she should please open the door he was sorry and that he will explain everything to her. All along Yasmin kept crying.
It was when he heard the sound of the Adhan(call to prayer) he decided to go and pray . He taught if he comes back from mosque Yasmin will be out of the toilet.When. Yasmin noticed that someone was opening the main entrance door, she knew her brother went for prayers. She opened the toilet door and came out, she was just crying and she kept talking to her self that why would her brother hold her tightly like that telling her he wants to spend the rest of his life with her? She gathered couraged and said she will be going back to kano she said to her self she doesn't have money, it was then she recalled the 20 thousand Dr.Sharif gave to her the other day he visited. She quickly picked her hand bag and came out of the house , she got a cab that tool her to the air port and straight away she secured the next available flight back to kano within 20 minutes. Abdul came back from the mosque and was thinking his sister was still in the toilet. It was after 5 minutes he noticed their wasn't any form of movement or some one crying in the toilet. He opened the door and when he didn't see anyone he started saying 0h! My God where could Yasmin have possibly gone to? He didn't even no where to start from .
He taught maybe she went back to Kano he immediately went go the airport and took the next flight to kano. He started his journey after one hour he arrived the airport @ 5:15pm because that was when the next plane will take off.
Meanwhile Yasmin reached kano @ 9pm . She took a cab home, she was just crying she just hugged her mom. She kept saying Yasmin why are u back and why are you crying ? She couldn't answer her mom . The mom asked her what happened where is her brother she just kept saying ye.....ye... na ....😪 she was in  tears. Everyone in the house was worried they knew something was wrong. She managed to talk to her mom and saidYa Abdul hugged her tightly and kept saying he loves her very much and wants to be with her forever, so she ran away because she finds it strange for her own brother to react that way. Yasmin mom just said inalilahi hope bai maki komai ba koh? Did he hurt you Yasmin said no.
   Today every one must hear the truth Alhaji is this how Abdul will pay me for taking good care of him as my son?Yasmin's mom said. She decided to call Abdul but his number wasn't going through.Meanwhile Abdul arrived kano in 30 minutes time after hajiya had called him. @ 10pm he entered the house.
       Immediately hajiya said everyone must hear the truth Abdul is not my son but Alhaji's son. When his mother gave birth to him, she died, I took care of Abdul, fed him, clothed him as my own since I didn't give birth in time . It was when Abdul was 8 years old I became pregnant and gave birth to my own son ( Aliyu). Yasmin is not Alhaji's daughter  . we had a misunderstanding  and Alhaji divorced me. I married Yasmin's father who is a brother to Dr .Sharif's brother inlaw. When I gave birth to Yasmin he died. It was after one and half years Alhaji came back begging me for forgiveness. That I  got married to Alhaji Again.Back then all of you where still young only Abdul knew the truth . Dikda  akwai aure tsakaninku . Ni hajiya zinatu will never allow Abdul to marry yasmin . Since Abdul you don't no the pain of what you just exhibited . what if the poor girl didn't escape from you? You would have done only what God knows to her. I wished I let everyone knew long time ago but I decided to follow Alhaji's order for piece to rein .                      
     Today everyone knows the truth I will give Yasmin to who truly deserves her and whom her heart is settled with which is Dr.sharif. Ama komutuwa zakayi yanzun you won't have Yasmin said hajiya . The wedding of Yasmin and Dr.Sharif will be next tomorrow ( friday) .It will be done together with Hassana and hussaina's own hajiya said.
     Immediately Abdul fainted on hearing what hajiya said.He was rushed to the hospital. Since his childhood he has heart problem issues.The doctor called for hajiya and alhaji he told them he is still unconscious. He was greatly affected by a shoking situation that why he had a cardiac arrest.But he will be fine he has been placed on drip and injections.
     Back at home Alhaji And hajiya had a discussion.
   ALHAJI&HAJIYA'S POINT OF VIEW
      Hajiya ki tausaya wayaron nan mana kiamince ye auri yesmin . You know Islamically it is right said Alhaji.        Komutuwa zai yi he won't marry Yasmin. Wanan cinamana yayiyawa didn't you see he tried hurting my Yasmin? Ihave made my decision and it final . The wedding will hold together with Hassana and hussaina's own . Even if you don't aprove of Yasmin's own  her uncle in Kaduna will stand as her own walih hajiya said.
    Meanwhile Yasmin was so sad seeing Abdul in such condition all she felt was pitty for him and she kept crying.She also taught of Dr. Sharif too. Farida and Aliyu were discussing they both said how they wish their mother will allow their brother marry Yasmin he is in critical condition.  Their mom came out and said ina bazai yuwuba Yasmin will marry who she wants.
    The following day Dr.sharifs family brought the kayan lefe( bride's boxes).
Hassana and hussainas own also arrived. They where all happy in the house.  Dr. Sharif's sister was the most happiest  she made sure everything was planned out well .
    Abdul became conscious. He met his mom when he opened his eyes he said ummmah kitaimakamin ki amince Yasmin should be married to me.
    Hajiya said it is not my power my son you know I love you so much like my realson , but Yasmin's heart belongs to Dr . Sharif .Allah will provide you with someone else better please my son be calm and be happy for your sister. Abdul was just in tears . He said mom you know I have never disobeyed you in my life I have no any mom I no aside from you. But you are making me to decide on something difficult. Hajiya hugged her son and told him  not to worry all will be fine and he should pray for the best. Mama yanzun narasa Yasmin kenan? Said Abdul in tears.
    That same day , he was discharged from the hospital. He came back home everyone was just saying sannu ya Abdul yajiki?He didn't even look at Yasmin . she followed him to his room . He then teased her how is my beautiful wife to be of Dr.sharif doing? Don't worry dear sis I will be fine you should be happy  because in two days time you would be mrs sharif. I don't want you to think about my health I will be strong and healthy for you sis .Oya go and help me with my food am starving said Abdul
