Rush to the hospital

"Help! She's in a lot of pain." Cheryl called once she entered the hospital with a heavily breathing Toni.

"Get me a wheelchair!" The man yelled, gently leaning Toni on him.

They brought out a wheelchair, letting Toni sit down.

"Cheryl!" Toni called.

"Yes?" The redhead asked from where she stood, beside her.

"Hold my hand, please." Toni whimpered.

"Okay. I got you, it's okay." Cheryl nodded, grabbing the tanned woman's hand.

They rushed Toni into a room as all the doctors started putting her on machines.

"W-What's happening?" Cheryl asked one of the nurses.

"He's in the wrong position which causes a lot of pain to Toni because he's uncomfortable. Everything will be fine, he's coming early." The nurse said.

"She-She's only 8 months along!" Cheryl said.

"Yes, We know ms. Blossom. In some cases, the baby comes early. And being that it's her first pregnancy it makes sense." The nurse said before going back to help the other doctors and nurses.

"Cher!" The redhead heard.

She rushed over to Toni's side, "What's wrong? Are you okay?" The redhead asked frantically, cupping Toni's cheek.

"P-Please stay beside me." Toni whimpered, placing her hand on top of Cheryl's.

"Okay. I'll be right here." The redhead nodded.

After the doctors made sure Toni's pain subsided, they left the two women alone.

"How are you feeling?" Cheryl asked, wiping sweat from Toni's forehead.

"I'm feeling okay and less pain." Toni nodded.

Cheryl smiled, grabbing the woman's hand. "You got this, kay?" Cheryl said.

Toni nodded, a tired smile on her face.

After a while, Toni fell asleep. So Cheryl sent out a text to everyone, updating them on what's happening.

Jason was super excited to have a nephew, he was the first one to reply back to the messages.

Cheryl smiled at that. She was happy that at least one of her family members accepted Toni.

"Cher...?" Toni croaked out.

Cheryl sat up, going over to Toni.

"Are you okay?" Cheryl asked.

"I feel no movement." Toni said. Cheryl's heart dropped.

"Doctor! Doctor!" Cheryl yelled making them run in.

"She-She said she doesn't feel movement or whatever that means.

"Okay. We'll perform an ultrasound." The doctor said as the nurses set up the machine.

Toni and Cheryl held hands tightly as the nurse moved the probe around, searching for a heartbeat.

It was silent in the room as the nurse keep searching.

Toni's heart was beating out of her chest, then they heard it.

Da-dum da dum

Cheryl and Toni sighed of relief as well as the doctors.

"He was hiding from us." The nurse chuckled as relief filled her body.

"Your about 8 centimeters dilated." The doctor nodded.

"Ugh." Toni groaned as he started kicking. "Looks like he's awake." Cheryl chuckled.

"Yeah, he's ready to come out." The doctor laughed, "If you need anything well be right outside." He nods before he and the nurses leave.

Cheryl sighed, "That was the scariest moment in life. Like worse than a stunt."

Toni giggled but agreed.

"Okay! Push!" The doctor yelled.

Cheryl held Toni's hand as she whispered encouraging things to her.

"Ahhh fuck! It feels like I'm pushing out a damn football!" Toni groaned as she pushed.

"I see his head! One more!" She yelled.

Toni pushed as much as she can before relaxing once they heard the cries of the boy.

"Congratulations!" The doctor smiled as she placed the baby on Toni's chest.

He cried and cried as the doctors started sucking up the mucus with the nasal tube.

"Hi, little fella. Look at that red hair, you're so handsome." Cheryl cooed as her boy cried.
