Landon's mess

Landon woke up in his crib. The boy sat up, his brown locks everywhere.

"Momma?" He whispered through his Pacifier. He knows that somehow every time he calls they hear.

When he didn't get a response, he stood up.

"Mommy!" He called. Cheryl groaned as she heard Landon's small calls for attention.

She opened her eyes as the boy kept calling for her and Toni.

She looked to her right, seeing her fiancé sleeping peacefully.

She smiled before yawning. The redhead got out of bed, only in her boxers and a tank top.

She huffed, walking out of the bedroom to her son.

Landon became excited as he bounced. "Momma!" He smiled, reaching for her.

Cheryl smiled, picking up her son before kissing his warm cheek.

She carried him into the kitchen, sitting him in his highchair.

She took out Cherries, an apple, and a banana before cutting the banana and apple into slices, she gave them to Landon. The boy clapped, placing his Pacifier on the desk in front of him before digging into his breakfast.

Cheryl ran her pale hand through her hair before starting Toni's breakfast.

"Momma," Landon said. Cheryl hummed in response to show she was listening.

"When I see sister, I happy or sad?" He asked, eating some banana.

Cheryl chuckled, putting bacon in the sizzling pan.

"I don't know, big boy. Are you happy about mommy having another baby?" Cheryl asked.

"Happy." He said. "Then that's your answer right there." Cheryl chuckled.

"Why she not here?" He then asked.

Cheryl placed the bacon on the plate before taking one for herself.

"Mommy's only 4 months along. She's not going to be here until 5 months." Cheryl explained.

Landon frowned, "Why can't be now?"

"Because she is still growing," Cheryl explained, swallowing her bacon. "You can't wait to be a big brother, can't you?" Cheryl smirked at her son.

He nodded, giving his momma a toothy grin.

Cheryl snored as she fell asleep on the couch.

The next minute she was watching paw patrol with Landon then the next she was asleep.

Landon jumped off of the couch, walking into the kitchen.

He opened the fridge, looking for the blueberries. He found the container, trying to get it out, but all of it spilled.

"Uh oh," Landon said. The boy sat down, eating one off of the floor.

When he got tired of eating blueberries, he got up to open one of the draws causing all of the stuff to fall out.

Cheryl remains asleep on the couch.

Landon smiled as he found one of the stickers Toni gives him for being a big boy.

Landon sat on the ground. The floor covered in blueberries, some smashed. All of the stuff in the draws spread out on the floor.

Toni yawned as she woke up, sighing when she heard quietness.

The tanned woman got up, shuffling into the kitchen.

Toni gasped once she saw Landon on the floor.

"Landon Carter Blossom, What have you done?!" Toni scolded, going to pick up her boy.

"Baby!" Toni called, stepping over the mess with Landon in her arms.

"Babe!" Toni called as she entered the living room.

Her face softened once she saw the sight in front of her.

Cheryl had put on one of Toni's sweaters as she cuddled into it, a small smile on her face. Too bad Toni had to wake her up.

"Cheryl!" Toni called again making the redhead jump awake.

When she saw her fiancé's not so happy face, Cheryl gulped.

"W-What did he do?" Cheryl asked, automatically knowing the boy did something.

"See for yourself." Toni huffed.

Cheryl got up, walking into the kitchen.

"Landon Carter Blossom!" Cheryl shrieked.

Toni looked at the boy in her arms. "I sworry." He said, his lip quivering as tears pricked his brown eyes.

"I'm sorry, Lan. But you have to go into time out." Cheryl said, taking the boy from Toni gently.

Landon started crying as Cheryl sat him in his chair that they had in the corner.

"Only 4 minutes, Babyboy," Cheryl said as the boy cried.

Toni sighed, helping Cheryl clean up Landon's mess. Toni hated when Landon cried.

Cheryl kissed Toni's cheek, sensing Toni's mood.

"Only 2 more minutes, baby," Cheryl said, trying to block out her son's cries.

Toni rubbed Landon's back as the boy sniffled quietly.

He laid on her chest, his legs around Toni's bump.

Cheryl had finished mopping the floor of blueberry juice.

"Next time you want blueberries you tell me or momma, okay?" Toni muttered to her son.

Landon weeps with a sniffle before nodding. "I-I s-sworry, M-mommy." He said.

Toni kissed his forehead, "Don't worry about it, baby." Toni said.

Cheryl smiled as she returned to the couch, cuddling her family. Soon they all fell asleep.
