As the evanishing embrace of a mid-summer's afternoon piques its apathetic end, you find yourself succumbed over your runaway sister's intoxicatingly comfy couch as you daydreamed to saccharine tunes pouring out of a gramophone, seized within a griffin's talon.

As the vibrancy of the gramophone deadens into thin air, you are allured by the emptiness of space within your head while that no-good sister of yours was out on a serene stroll with your demonic-parasol.

This just so happened to be the evening before orientation at your new formidably-dreaded highschool; Wyvern Creek High.

Among the many rumors you've heard that invented this school's looked-down-upon-reputation, there was one in particular that perked how it was a known hotspot for Hollows.

In our world of unpredictable anomalies, Hollow is a term associated with the plain and ungifted species born without Wonder.

Out of the four schools you've yearningly dreamt of excelling in, the picture-perfect school that nearly everyone strove to attend (for it's charitable reputation) - was Cosmic Crow High.

Not only was this the fabled school your siblings Aurora and Luness attended, it possesses an endless line of Wonderful-descendants that revitalized the district's reputation with endless proxy and awards.

Despite the foreboding crowd down-talking your high school, the touching yet tragic lore behind the origin of your school's name, pique your Borealis eyes the most.

Centuries of a tale long ago, unveil the premise of a Hollow girl and her cherished wyvern who met on that very creek. One fateful night, having dealt with years of extortion and being ostracized by society for being Hollow, the girl escapades beyond her village's parameters - only to encounter a mythical beast out in the middle of uncharted woods.

This brooding beast, however, was a wyvern left immobilized after housing a number of spears and scars left from Wonder among its tainted scales.

The girl who bore a heart of citrine despite being Hollow nursed the wyvern back to its former-vigor. The wyvern was skeptical as to why it was receiving such kindness from a girl - despite being the same race as the villagers who wrought suffering upon him.

The girl smiled, and said out of plain sincerity, "Because it was the right thing to do."

After years of reconvening past curfew with her mythical-friend, the girl was no longer a panic-stricken girl, but a voluptuous young woman.

On an unforeseen night, the girl fell tragically-ill from pregnancy.

As the complications worsened, she made one final decision to sacrifice her life for a healthy baby child, drawing one final breath in the village she grew up in, with the wyvern in her final reconciliations.

Over the creek of the forested-hill they first met,

The wyvern spent every waking day taking care of the feeble sapling she'd planted the season before her disappearance,

Waiting for his cherished friend to return to him on that very hill.

Waiting for his cherished friend to return to him on that very hill
