Let's Be Happy Together || Hinata Shōyō x reader

.: Hinata POV :.

"Hinata, watch out!"

I heard Daichi yell but before I could react I felt a pain on my right cheek, lost balance and fell onto the ground.

"I-I'm sorry, Hinata!", Asahi said with a tone in his voice that made it clear that he felt bad.

"Hinata you idiot!"

"Kageyama!"

"Boys! Calm down and stop shouting! Hinata, are you okay?", Coach Ukai said and started to walk towards me.

I immediately sat up and look at him. "Y-Yes!"

"Your nose is bleeding"

"Wha-", I cut myself off and tried to stop my nose from bleeding, that's when I remembered why this all happened. I looked up to (y/n) and showed her a big smile which she didn't return. Instead she had a worried expression on her face which made me feel kind of bad.

"Hurry and wash your face, Hinata. Otherwise you will bleed all over the gym floor!"

I saw Ukai getting a bit annoyed since it isn't the first time this happened. I nodded and hurried to the bathroom after looking at (y/n) one more time.

Looking into the mirror and seeing the dried blood under my nose, my thoughts began to race.

She came to see me practice! Did (y/n) see me scoring that point? Does she think I'm cool? What made her change her mind and come even though she had plans?

My face went red after realizing that she saw me getting hit by a ball in the face like that..

"Oh noooo... Shōyō you idiot", I said to myself, "concentrate more!"

I hurriedly washed my face and made my way back into the gym, seeing that they continued the training and (y/n) was still there too. I tried extra hard to show her what I can do, hoping she would forget the incident.

~~Timeskip to after practice~~

After practice had ended we were changing and Nishinoya and Tanaka showered me with their questions.

"Who's this girl?"

"What's her name?"

"How long have you known her?"

"Are you two dating?"

"No way Shōyō does have a girlfriend before us!"
