^^^Amanda's POV^^^

Louis' words from yesterday have played like a broken record in my head.

What secret could there possibly be that could change my life? Let me rephrase that, why would Louis even tell me that there was a secret? Probably just to get in my head, it's probably nothing, right?

I also wonder if my father and mother wonder where I am. I miss all of them, especially Bryson, just because I see him everyday and now I can't see him any until all of this crap blows over.

There is a heavy knock on my door, and when I open it no one is there. But, as I look down, there is a small piece of paper folder up with my name on it. It reads:

Dear Amanda,

Your time is running out. Tik tok, tik tok. If I do not see you with Harry in the next hour, you will regret it immensely. Please do not make me regret trusting you with this simple task.

Don't let me down, Louis. xx

What a dick. What a selfish, inconsiderate dick.

I go get in the shower, washing my hair and shaving my legs.

When I get out of the shower, I quickly blow dry my hair. I notice the time, I only have twenty minutes. Shit.

I quickly put on my clothes and shoes, running to Harry's bunk. Made it just in time.

When I knock on the door, Harry doesn't answer the door, Louis does. Great.

"Oh, Amanda. Long time no talk." He smirks at me, gripping my arm tightly, pulling me inside.

"What are you doing here?" Harry asks, running a hand through his messy curls.

"I- uh, wanted to see you." I smile, hoping Louis leaves soon.

"Oh." He nods, motioning me to sit on the bunk.

"Well, I Should get going," Louis starts. "We should catch up sometime Amanda." He suggests, smirking proudly at my expression.

"I'm busy." I lie, and he knows it.

"Nonsense, I'm sure you can find some time. It is not like you have a boyfriend, do you?" He pretends to act shocked, emphasizing the word boyfriend.

"Sure." I clench my teeth, smiling at him brightly.

"Great. See you then." He waves, his voice is sickly sweet. Dick.

"What was that about?" Harry asks.

"I have no idea." I lie, shaking my head.

"Weird." He mumbles to himself.

"What do you know about Louis?" I ask him, hoping to gather some new information.

"He's twenty-four, he likes to play football and singing, General Wells left him and his mum when he was real little," wait.

"General Wells is his father?" I gasp.

"Yeah, you didn't know that?"

"No.." I did not know I was supposed to.

"Why do they have two different last names then?" i wonder aloud.

"He left his mum when Louis was only seven months old." He explains. Wow.

"Do they have a relationship now?"

"No, his mum died when he was twelve, he had to come here with his dad when she did," he said.

"Wow." I choke on my words.

"How do you know all of this?" I question Harry.

"He is my best mate," oh, I'm sure. Hint the sarcasm.

"Oh." I repeat for the tenth time today.

..

"So, you're telling me that you ran outside naked, because you didn't have any clothes that you wanted to wear?" I laugh.

"I was a picky kid, I liked to pick out my own clothes." He defended himself, which causes me to laugh harder.

"Wow." I laugh.

"I'm sure you're just as embarrassing as me." He teases me, sticking his tongue out.

"Actually, I probably am,"

"Tell me," he smiles.

"One time when my dad was working for the war and stuff, I got really bored-This was before my brother was born- and I saw a random box in the middle on my parents bunk." I take a breath. "And I opened one and put it on my head, because I thought it was a rubber hat, but it wasn't.." I trail off. "It was a condom. I ran out of the room screaming that I'm Superman, and my mom yelled at me and I got grounded." When I finish my story, Harry is literally rolling on the floor laughing.

"Oh, my god." He gasp from laughing so hard.

"Don't laugh at me." I pout, hitting Harry lightly on the chest.

"I'm sorry," he clearly isn't.

I can't help but laugh with him.

As our laughter died down, there was a knock on the door.

Harry got up and opened it, seeing no one in the doorway.

"Hello?" He calls out, looking around the empty hallway.

Suddenly, a rock comes flying out of no where, hitting him in the face.

"Shit. Are you okay?!" I panic, rushing over to him.

"Yeah, what was that?" He rubs his head.

"You're bleeding,"

"It's fine," he dismisses.

"Who would've done that?" I ask, wiping the blood off of his eye.

"I don't know."

"You need to put ice on that." I tell him.

"Harry, I don't think that was a rock." I say nervously.

"What do you mean?" He ask, taking a look at my hands.

"It's like a crystal." I notice the shimmer in the middle.

I break the thing in half, and within a slip second it puts the pieces back together.

"That's so weird." Harry says.

"I've never seen anything like this before." He says, taking it out of my hands.

"I'll go to the library tomorrow and look up different rock things." I say.

"Good, but for now let's just sleep." And with that, Harry collapses on the floor.

..

What could it be?!
