The Letter

Wylda's POV
So long story short, the tension between us and the rouges has been decreasing. Some of my wolves are actually getting along with some of the rouges. I still concerned about Ryker. Something about him seems off about him. I was walking with Addi to cheer practice.

Addi: "Wylda, you seem tense".

"I'm not tense. Just cautious, that's all". She nodded in response. When we entered the gym, the only rouge I saw was Ryker. He probably had a free period.

Addi: "You don't have to cheer today if you don't want to".

"No, I'm ok. I can cheer today".

*Time Skip*

Ryker's POV

Finally. I thought cheer was never gonna end. I went over to Wylda's bag and put my letter in the inside pocket. Just for a little meet and greet. I looked over at Wylda and saw her talking to Addison. Everytime I look at her all I can see is a Rouge Alpha trapped inside a moonstone cursed body.

Then my head started pounding.

Ryker's mind: "Let me go! You can't do this to her!"

Ryker: "You no longer have control, Beta", I said shutting him out.

"This little pup is getting on my nerves", I thought as I left the gym. It's only a matter of time now.

Wylda's POV

I ran over to my bag to grab my water. Then I noticed something in one of the pockets. A letter?

Hey Wylda, I see that the tension between our packs had been decreasing. I think it's time we got to know each other. Leader to leader. Meet me at the clearing in the the woods after sunset. I totally understand if you don't want to come. ~ Ryker

Oh god. I'm gonna need help with this one.

Wynter: "What's wrong Wylda?"

"I need you to find Wyatt, Willa and Wayne".

Wynter: "Why? What's going on?"

"Invitation from the other side", I said holding up the letter.

*Time Skip*

Everyone's here except for Wayne. He's doing something for a teacher, but I have him on speaker phone.

Willa: "So let me see if I have this right. He wants to meet up with you "alone" to get to know you".

"Yes, Willa".

Wynter: "But how do we know that he or his pack isn't gonna try something?"

Wyatt: "We don't. We're just gonna have to trust him".

"Listen, it's not the fact that I don't trust him. Something about him just seems completely off".

Willa: "Like what?"

"I can't say exactly what yet. Just something".

Wyatt: "Wylda we leave it to you to make the decision, whether to go or not".

Wayne: "Not. Hello! Did doing all those flips mess up your brain? His lunatic pack will kill you the first chance they get!"

"Ryker honors my trust. If I don't go, someone might get hurt".

Willa: "Are you going?"

Wayne: "No! No no no no! Did I mention no?!"

Wyatt: "Wylda, it's up to you", he sighed.

Wayne: "Oh come on!"

Ryker said that he would understand if I didn't meet him. But I can't ensure that he won't try something. So my best choice is to go meet him.

"I'm going to meet him."

Wayne: "But, Wylda he..."

"End of discussion, Wayne", I said hanging up on him.

Wyatt: "That's it then. Just stay safe Wylda. That's all I'm asking".

I nodded in response. I hope what I'm doing is right. I can't help but feel that something bad is gonna happen.

A/N: So sorry for the huge delay. I kinda ran out of ideas at the moment. But what do you think is gonna happen when Wylda goes to meet Ryker? What do you think is wrong with Ryker?
