"Are you ready?" asked Lisa, panting slightly and wiping her sweat off her forehead with the back of her hand. She watched as Jennie lifted her head up from her cellphone in hand. Amusement was painted all over her delicate features. Shoving the device into her butt pocket, the smaller one walked towards Lisa, only for the blonde to take a step back.

"Too sweaty," she responded instantly after receiving a confused expression from the latter. But Jennie only shook her head with a pretty grin before reaching into her bag and taking out a face towel, swinging it back and forth between her pinched fingers in front of Lisa's flushed face.

"And, naturally, you forgot your towel again." Lisa sent a lopsided grin with a shrug of the shoulders,

"Naturally."

It was an unspoken routine of theirs. More like habit. After practice, Lisa would "somehow" forget a towel and Jennie would "somehow" have one ready for her.

Jennie chuckled before taking another step forward. With one hand, she gently pushed Lisa's bangs to the side while the other began to dab the sweat off her skin. And, seeing the smaller one scrunch her nose cutely after accidentally touching the sweat, Lisa giggled quietly.

"Told you I was sweaty." Jennie rolled her eyes before dabbing the towel onto her cheeks,

"You keep pushing yourself too hard," she pointed out, letting go of the bangs and placing a loose strand of hair behind Lisa's ear. Lisa laughed and nodded,

"Guilty." Responded Lisa a little too overly confident. She felt rather smug having a beautiful girl close and taking care of her. What would be better was if she was able to call Jennie hers. Now that would be something, wouldn't it?

The feline eyes playfully narrowed before it drifted down, lower, towards Lisa's prominent collar bone. And when she dragged the towel across the bone, Lisa felt her fingertips dragging along with the towel, as if to trace her skin with her warm touches. Was it intentional? Lisa had no clue. But seeing Jennie's eyes hold a look that resembled wonder, the flicker of arousal in those focused eyes must've been in her head.

Right?

Time felt slow, or was Jennie's movement slowing down as it reached the base of her neck. The fabric was gentle against her warm skin. Warm and pink. Just the mere sight of Jennie parting her lips slightly as those intense eyes watched Lisa's throat bob up and down anxiously had her furiously blushing. Lisa could practically hear her heart pounding against her bones. It was loud, but not loud enough to distract her from Jennie slowly meeting her own gaze. Jennie visibly gulped,

"Done." She whispered. When was she so close? Lisa could practically feel her warm, minty breath tickling her lips, as if it was trying to pull her closer.

"Wow, why is it so hot over here?"

"I don't know Sorn. I'm just as confused as you. It's steaming up in here."

Lisa looked behind Jennie's suddenly tensed shoulders and rolled her eyes at the sight of Minnie and Sorn fanning themselves while feigning confusion. Sorn then touched her own forehead and acted fatigued,

"Maybe my allergies are kicking in." Minnie then gasped dramatically and touched Sorn's forehead,

"What are you allergic to?" And right at the moment, Sorn sent a teasing smirk towards Lisa's direction,

"Tension. But it only acts up when its a specific type of tension." Minnie gasped even louder and covered her mouth,

"You mean-," She paused and mimicked Sorn's smirk, "-sexual tension?" And, that had Jennie blushing in embarrassment and hiding her face in Lisa's chest. Lisa giggled and wrapped her arms around Jennie's back. She sent her friends a playful glare,

"Are you two done?" she asked. The duo laughed before locking arms and walking away,

"See yah Lali!"

"I hate them," mumbled Jennie, "and you reek of sweat." Jennie pulled back while covering her nose with both of her hands. Lisa rolled her eyes once more before taking a hold of Jennie's wrist and dragging her out of the gym. She could hear Jennie laughing from behind. And, feeling the smaller one suddenly holding her own hand, Lisa couldn't stop her smile from growing.

Lisa sighed in content before jumping on her bed. "I love showers," she breathed out. Jennie was seated on the computer desk. She swiveled her chair around and chuckled at the sight of Lisa dressed in matching set of cat pajamas.

"Cute pj's" Mused Jennie. Lisa lifted her head up and sent a wink,

"Cute face."

Jennie rolled her eyes before swiveling her chair back around. Her hair was in a high pony tail so, even with her back facing Lisa, the blonde could clearly see her blushing ears. Lisa chuckled before laying her head back down and closing her eyes. She was ready to take a short nap till she heard Jennie's text tone go off, followed with a groan of annoyance.

"I can't stand him." she could hear Jennie typing her screen harshly for a few more seconds, "And blocked."

Lisa opened her eyes and slowly sat up, "Kai bothering you? Need me to kick his ass?" Lisa half teased. She wouldn't hesitate to get her crew to end his life. She watched Jennie nodding her head frantically, her face still facing away from Lisa,

"Yeah, can't believe I ever dated that arrogant asshole." She angrily muttered out while scribbling furiously on her notebook. Lisa feared that Jennie would write so hard that she'd break her desk. But, she knew Jennie. Silence for a few moments usually calms her down. So, wanting to avoid war, Lisa shrugged and laid back down, covering her eyes with an arm.

"How come you've never dated anyone?"

Jennie cautiously asked causing Lisa to grit her teeth. She hated this topic. Why? Well, Jennie was oblivious to her preferences. It wasn't that Lisa was scared to bring it up (well, that would be a part of the factor) but Jennie never asked. So, what was the point of ever bringing it up?

But, most importantly, how could Lisa ever date anyone when she's head over heels for her?

"Because I haven't" Lisa opted. Jennie hummed before growing silent again. The taller one felt happy for the silence, till Jennie spoke again,

"Why not though? There's plenty of cute guys at school."

Her tone sounded different. It was no longer casual, no, her tone sounded...challenging? It felt like she was leading Lisa to a trap. But, for what reason? Lisa's breathing must've stopped for a second because when she spoke, she sounded and felt breathless,

"Well, believe it or not, I'm not interested in them." She responded in an even tone but instantly bit her lip,

Fuck it.

"Or...guys in general."

Jennie stopped writing.

Lisa stopped breathing again.

"Good to know."

Hold up now...

Lisa slowly removed her arm from her eyes and lifted her head, only to automatically meet eyes that screamed intrigued and a smile that looked way too alluring. But, before Lisa could read more into it, Jennie turned back around, looking calmer as ever.

Oh dear....
