Will walked into his school he was instantly greeted by his best friend Mike "Hey Byers!" Mike said putting his arm around the small boy walking to there locker. "Hey, Mike" Will said softly.
"Did you do the homework? I forgot"
"Yeah it's in my locker I did it in class".
Mike laughed. He thought it was cute when the boy takes his work serious.
"Why can't I have your intelligence, Byers?"
"Maybe if you got a tutor and actually paid attention in class you would at least get a C in some classes"
"Kinda harsh love, but maybe you could tutor me?"
"Maybe I have a pretty busy schedule, along with art club, work, art school, volunteering on Sundays, and this stupid school."
"Can you just work something out? Maybe Mondays and Wednesdays and you can even put tutoring on your college thingy"
"It's called a application but that might actually work, consider it done!" they both smiled. "And Mike tuck your shirt in, you are gonna get dress coded".
"Whatever mom" Mike smiled.
They go to a private school and they have a strict dress code and if you don't follow it you will get a detention, so far Mike never been dress coded because of Will.
The boys got to Will's locker, Mike stood by it leaning on the other lockers. Will opened the locker and an envelope fell out. "Oop what is this Byers?" Mike bent down to pick it up. "I don't know" Will responded. "Mind if i open it?" "Sure". Mike opened up the envelope and started to read it.

"Holy shit Byers!"
"What!" Will snatched it out of Mikes's hand.
"What the fuck is this"
"A love letter duh bitch" Will then shoved Mike while rolling his eyes.
"F- from who?"
"It looks like a secret"
"It's probably just a prank, who cares" Will threw it on the ground. Mike picked it up "I don't know it looks legit see they even added stitch he's your favorite right?" "I guess". Will and Mike continued to look at the letter until the rest of the party came up. "Hey guys!" Max said. They all walked up and Lucas looks at the note "What's that?" "William here has himself a secret admirer" 'OOOOOOO William Byers" Max took the letter and showed the rest of the party. They all teased him, Will gave Mike a dirty look and then they headed to class.
Will randomly punch Mike in the arm which made Mike spill water on himself
"What the fuck was that for?"
"Your bitch ass told them and now they aren't gonna let it go!"
"Sorry but at least they can help us find the person"
"I don't wanna find the person"
"Why?"
"Because it's most likely a prank and i'm am very busy i am not gonna waist my time to just get played" Mike grabbed Wills arm very roughly which got Will scared "William Byers!" he said then saw Wills face and let go. "Sorry but you need to actually have a life, and stop thinking that everyone who has a crush on you is faking!. What's not to like? You're smart, funny, nice, very cute, and one of the best people to be around." Mike just went on and on not realizing what he had said. Will blushed but he stopped right away when Mike finished.
Will lifted up his eyebrow "What?" Mike said. "Cute?". Mike slightly blushed and started scratching the back of his head. The bell rang "You know in a friend way" he yelled watching Will walk away. "Yeah yeah" Will smirked leaving the room. Mike sighed "You could of just told him, you just had to do it the hard way you fucking pussy" he whispered to himself.
*After School*
Will, Jane, and Mike went to Will's and Jane's house, Mike's parents were gone for the week and his sister is off at college along with her boyfriend Will's brother. So Joyce *Will's and Jane's mom* had Mike stay over until his parents came back Mike didn't mind because he got to be with Will more.
They walked in the door and Joyce greeted them with snacks and drinks. "You never did this Mom" Will said "Well Mike is here and I want this to feel like home" she smiled. "It's okay Ms. Byers, I've been spending the night since kindergarten this is more of a home than my real home" he looked at Will and they smiled at each other.
They headed to Wills room and Mike set his bag right by the bed.
"What are you doing?"
"Laying down?"
"Nope I have to tutor you before I leave!"
"Where the fuck are you going?"
"Picking up trash at 5 so you got an hour"
"I can go with you"
"You sure?"
"Yeah!"
"Okay, but you still are timed on the tutoring"
Mike sat by Will at the desk, he didn't have a second chair so they had to share good thing they both were skinny especially Mike. Will had to put one leg on Mike of course neither of them minded it. They looked at each-other Mike wanted to lean in, he almost did but he sneezed. "Ewwww gross cover your mouth! You just sneezed on me!" Will yelled. "Ha!" Mike laughed "Shut up I hate you!" "You love mee!".
Mike puckered his lips and went towards Will as a joke. "EWW Mike stop!" the small boy said pushing the the taller boy off the chair. "Sorry," Mike said softly "It's okay let's just get back to work" "Okay" Mike sat back on the chair he couldn't pay attention to Will, his mind was on the fact Will said "eww" when he was trying to kiss him.
