The time had finally arrived, against her better judgment, Grace opened the discord message from Sapnap and joined the stream.

“Hey Gracie, you streaming too?” Sapnap asked.

“First off, don’t call me that, secondly no, I’m just gonna play around if that's ok,” Grace spawned into the world to see that it was the same world she had trolled them on a couple days before.

“That's fine, I think the rest of us are streaming though,” George replied.

“And here comes the surge of donations about you Grace,” Dream laughed.

Grace’s body went cold, “haha what are they saying”.

“Mostly just excitement that you’re here-” Dream stopped talking.

“What is it?” Grace asked.

“N-nothing,” Dream stopped reading out the donations, “We need to help Grace get some tools and armor, thanks SAPNAP for wasting all of our backups”.

“Hey, you can thank Grace’s donation for that,” Sapnap laughed causing the rest of the boys to laugh too.

Grace stayed silent, she wondered why Dream stopped reading out the donations, her mind couldn’t help but fear the worst. “Uh, I can work on getting stuff for myself, I don’t want to slow down y’alls streams,” she started to run off to collect wood.

“No, no, it's fine. We invited you so we’re responsible for you,” Sapnap ran over to Grace’s character and threw her his enchanted diamond pick, “you can use this for now”.

George burst out laughing, “Sapnap, check your chat”.

Donations and chats flooded Sapnap’s stream saying things like “aha simp amiright” “SIMPnap” “Sappy Nappy Simping for Gracie”

“Guys, I am NOT a simp,” his face started turning red which was visible through his face cam.

“Guys I’m gonna mute myself real fast, I need to check on something,” Grace muted her mic and opened up Dream’s stream. She started reading through some of the chat and donations.

“Get that brat off of your stream, you can do better” “I’d rather welcome her face to the bottom of my shoe” “She made my day <3 worse” “Shes trying her best <3 too bad its not good enough”

Grace left his stream, she couldn’t read anymore. She unmuted her mic and saw that someone had built a little box around her so that she wouldn’t die while she was gone. Once she broke out she ran to find the others, “Hey so something came up, I’m gonna have left early”.

“Awe, but you just got here,” whined Sapnap.

“Are you sure you can’t stay longer? We had something really cool planned!” Dream added.

It crushed Grace to lie to them, she just couldn’t get those comments out of her head, “I wish I could stay but I really have to go,” before she logged off of the world she gave Sapnap his pick back.

“I hope you’ll get to use it soon,” Sapnap said.

“Everyone say bye to Gracie Wacie,” George taunted.

“Bye guys, have a great stream! Also, never call me that again,” Grace logged off of the world and left the voice call. Against her better judgment, Grace opened Sapnap’s stream and ignored the chat. It was kinda sad listening to the boys freak out about needing a new plan for the stream. Maybe she shouldn’t have left, or maybe she did make the right choice, at that moment she couldn’t tell. Then a new donation came in.

“Hey Sapnap, I just wanted to say I’m glad that brat is gone. Now I can enjoy the stream <3”

Right after the donation came through, the familiar gray screen popped up “Stream has ended”

“Wait, why did he end his stream?” Grace thought to herself, “It can’t be because of what the donation said, can it?”

Morbid curiosity got the better of her and she opened her Twitter. She was shocked to see the amount of haters attacking her own fans. Tears started to form in her eyes, her fans don’t deserve this. Against her better judgment, she crafted a new tweet.

@therealgracie23
Don’t you dare attack MY fans, if you are here to hate, hate me not my fans. You will be blocked and reported, nothing is worth seeing innocent fans getting hurt.

She watched as the comments rolled in, one in particular caught her eye.

@sapnap

I'm sorry, wanna talk?

After a minute or two, her phone started ringing, it was Sapnap.

“Hello,” she picked up, trying not to sound like she had been crying.

“You do know you don’t deserve any of the hate you’re getting right? None of this is your fault, please understand that. I really hope this doesn’t mean you don’t want to do videos and streams with us anymore,” he sounded genuinely concerned.

“I-I don’t know, I’m just not used to all this attention. These past couple days-”

“Days? When did this all start?”

“Your stream, with the prank”.

“Why didn’t you tell me?”

“Hmmmm, how do you tell someone you look up to and that you barely know that they’re fans have started attacking you,” Grace snapped.

“Chill out-”

“No, I will not ‘chill out’,” at this point she was on the verge of tears again, “it's bad enough getting attacked, but my own fans getting attacked? One of them was 12 years old, all she commented was that she loved my content and someone responded to her telling her to kill herself. There is nothing to chill out about!” There was silence on the other end of the phone.

“I’m sorry, I didn’t know…” he paused, “I just thought I should let you know I ended my stream because of what people were saying about you. Also I’m going to be streaming tomorrow, well, all three of us will be, it would mean a lot to me if you could watch”.

“Why would I ever-”

“Please Grace, just trust me”.

“Fine, I gotta go for tonight, I’m literally exhausted”.

“Wait, it's only nine though?”

“Different time zone idiot,” Grace giggled a little, somehow, talking to him made her feel so much better.

“Oh right, goodnight Grace”.

“Goodnight Sapnap”.

“Nick, you can just call me Nick”.

“Haha ok, goodnight Nick”.
