Hayden's POV
It's been one month since the whole Johnny and Annie thing. I pretend to support their relationship, Annie is my first love and I just can't move on.

To make things worse I have to hang out with them. Do you know how it feels to third wheel your ex girlfriend and best friend!? It's terrible, you want to say certain things but you realize you can't because that's you best friends girlfriend.

"Hayden!" I hear while Johnny waved his hand over my face. I look up at him.
"What." I said looking at him then Annie then back at him. "That girl over there is checking you out, she looks shy but go say hi to her." He said sorta pointing to a corner of the cafe we were in.

I turn around and look at where he was pointing and see a girl with red curly hair, her skin looked soft and she had freckles. Her hair was in a messy bun, she had a sweater on with black leggings, she had on glasses. She was working on a computer. She was actually really pretty.

I get up and work over to her table and sit in front of her. She looks up at me with a little smile.
"Hi, I'm Hayden." I say to the pretty read headed girl
"Hey, I'm Francesca." She says kind of quietly.
We continued talking and getting to know each other, we even exchanged numbers and planned a meet up.

"Hayden come on we're leaving." Johnny says coming up to me with a smile on his face. I nod my head and get up.

"It was nice meeting you Francesca. I'll text you later." I say. She gets up and comes over to me. She wraps her arms around my torso hugging me, I hug her back.

"It was nice meeting you too Hayden, and yea I'll talk to you later." She says letting go from our hug.

We say bye one more time and leave. Is it weird to have a connection with someone you just met? I think Francesca is gonna be the one to help me get over Annie, so far it's working.

"He's thinking about her leave him alone Johnny." Annie says with a little laugh. She wasn't wrong, I was in deep thought about Francesca.

"That's cute, he won't have to third wheel anymore and we can all go on double dates!" Johnny said excitedly sounding like a little kid. I just laugh at him.

I'm glad I met Francesca, I knew with her in my life their was gonna be a lot of 'Changes'.
