I smiled at my daughter as she slept . I went went back into my huge bed as she slept on the side of me . I had been staying with my parents since what happened with Dom and my soon to be ex husband. Yes he had been mentally abusing me ever since I had Phoenix. And I couldn't leave because I had his daughter. It had gotten to physical abuse about last year . It was around Christmas time exactly the week before Christmas. And me and Michael has been at each other's neck all day . He had came in late as hell from work last night smelling like some cheap ass hoe . So I went off but I knew he would go crazy with me talking to him like that. But I didn't give a fuck . I wanted respect . (Flashback) "Micheal all I wanna know is why you coming In here smelling like a cheap bitch"!
He looked at me with the most evil glare I had ever seen . I was so glad Phoenix was with my parents . I didn't want her around this crazy shit . He just ignored me and walked past like I had said nothing . "YOU KNOW WHAT MICHAEL I FUCKING HATE YOU , I HATE I EVER EVEN MET YOU , YOUR ONLY STILL AROUND HERE BECAUSE I DONT WANT PHOENIX GROWING UP WITHOUT HER FATHER, BUT YOUR PUTTIN YOUR SELF IN THES-"! Before I knew it I was being slammed to the floor by a forceful punch to the face . I cried out in pain as blood spattered out my mouth . He yanked me up my my soft curly locks . I could feel some of my hair being ripped out.
He brought his face to my ear . "I'm so tired of your black ass . If you knew me back in the day I would have my family hanging your nasty ass hanging from a tree! You fucking dirty cunt n*gger"! I felt my heart sink in my stomach. "I only have compassion for you because I love you and my daughter but I won't tolerate disrespect, it is your job to fulfill whatever need I have no questions asked understand"? I was in so much shock I didn't register to what he just said. He yanked my hair hard smacking my face. "UNDERSTAND"!? I nodded furiously. He dropped me on my face and kicked me a few times . Sending hard blows . "Now go clean yourself up and make me some dinner bitch". I tried to get up but I was in so much pain I ended up passing out.
I woke up in our bed in pain . I couldn't even think I just sobbed everywhere. I heard my daughter giggling downstairs . And it felt like all my pain dispersed I immediately ran downstairs . Tears clouding my vision seeing Micheal feeding her , her breakfast. I snatched her up away from him . He looked at me with anger . I talked to Phoenix who looked shaken up at my appearance . "Mommy why you have boo boos everywhere"? I held her crying. While Michael just stared at me with a weird expression. "It's gonna be ok mommy don't cry"! (Flashback over) After that me and Michaels relationship diminished to nothing . When Phoenix wasn't home it would involve me getting thrown around getting my ass beat for nothing . I had to stay away from my family because he didn't want them to see the bruises .
That Dinner that Dom beat the dog shit out of him was the first time I saw my family in months. I had to miss Christmas and everything. I was so relieved that he was gone from my life. But also scared . He seemed so dangerous when I was with him. But I could promise you my family could crush his whole life along with his whole racist ass family of his . With one call. I knew I was gonna be ok . All custody had been given to me . Because the court saw the pictures of what he continually did to me . I was so relieved words couldn't explain it . But more was yet to come and I don't know how I'm gonna handle this shit ...
