Jackson's POV:

"How is she now?" Rosalie asked over the phone.

"Not quite to her old self, but she's better. She's slowly eating again, smiles once and a while, going back to school getting good grades, but she still has the heart pain, sweats, chills, and nightmares." I sighed.

"Well that's better than the road she was going down. I wish we didn't have to leave." Rose told me.

"I know, we do too. She won't admit it because she hates when someone brings you guys up, but I know she misses you, especially Dad." I agreed. "Speaking of, you heard from him?"

"No. He and Edward still want to be alone." Rosalie said, knowing her she was rolling her eyes right now. "Anyways, we miss you. Alice is hunting but she misses you the most, obviously."

"Tell her I love and miss her too." I smiled. "I have to go pick Mom up from her check up at the hospital with Grandma. Love you Rose."

"Love you too, little bro." Rosalie said making me smile.

"I'm older than you!" I laughed.

"Yeah, yeah. Whatever dork. Bye." Rose said.

"Bye." I chuckled hanging up.

After putting my phone in my pocket I hung up and drove to the hospital. Once Mom hopped in I was taking her to the treaty line. Sam was already there waiting.

"Why are we stopping?" Mom asked as we both got out. "Aren't you coming with?"

"Lilly, you know he's not allowed on our territory." Sam frowned.

"Please Sam, he's the only thing I have left besides my parents and your 3 man pack." Mom pleaded.

"Mom, you'll be fine." I tried to assure her.

"No! I'm not going unless you come with." I stated stubbornly. "Your all I have left."

Sam and I looked at each other, not knowing what to do. Mom firmly stood her ground.

Sam noticed that she was getting better and it was because I was around to help her. He nodded and took his phone out. "Hey, Billy. Yeah, I'm with Lilly right now, but I need you to gather the rest of the tribe elders while I bring Lilly and the pack. We have to discuss something."

Billy agreed and we ended up driving onto the Rez in both cars.

I stopped outside Billy's house and waited in the car as Mom and Sam went in.

Lilly's POV:

Sam and I went into Billy's and he instantly smiled at me.

"Well look what the wind blew in!" Billy smiled, rolling his way over to us and I gave him a hug. "It's good to finally see you again dear."

"You too Billy." I smiled slightly.

"Now, what is all this about?" Billy asked.

"We'd rather wait until everyone gets here." Sam told Billy, which I nodded to in agreement.

Ten to Fifteen minutes later and everyone was sitting around Billy's living room.

"Why did you call all of us here, young one?" Harry asked.

"I asked everyone here because it's about my son, Jack." I stated. "I know your treaty with the Cullen's states that they stay off your land, and in return you can only defend on your own. However, I've come to ask to grant immunity for my son on your land."

"What?! No! Absolutely not!" Old Quil barked.

"Now, lets just here her out." Sam said, standing up for me.

"And why should we?" Old Quil asked.

"Because, I'm apart of this pack!" I frowned.

"Do you really know what your asking dear?"
Harry asked softly. "I know what you've been through, the loss of your imprint, do you really want your son on our land and have us risk one of our own?"

When he mentioned Jasper my heart clenched again. I tried not to show the pain, but the sad looks I was getting from Billy, Paul, Jared, and Sam made me think otherwise.

"I'm confident in my decision." I stated.

"Sam?" Billy asked.

"I trust her." He nodded. For Billy, I knew that was enough, but for Harry and Old Quil, I wasn't sure.

"Give is three good reason's why we should let him!" Old Quil stated.

"One, he took care of me, a member of your pack. And quite frankly Old Quil, I heard everyone from this pack, even Harry and Billy, called my parents to make sure I was okay after I lost J- - my imprint." I struggled out. "Everyone but you. Second, he's my son, wolf or not, that makes him apart of this pack. And third, he wasn't there when you made the treaty. So his name isn't on it like the rest of their family, but yet he still followed your treaty. Doesn't that show character? Respect?"

I could tell I had now Billy and Harry convinced. And since Sam was on my side, and he was alpha, I won my case.

"Okay, lets settle this the old fashioned way. A vote." Old Quil stated. "All rise if you believe this son of her's will peacefully correspond with our tribe."

Billy raised his hand as Sam, Jared, Harry, and Harry's wife Sue Clearwater stood up.

"All oppose?" Old Quil asked as everyone sat down, and Old Quil and Paul stood up. I knew Paul would be hard to convince, but what alpha says, goes.

"Well, it looks like you won your case, Ms. Vulk." Old Quil said angrily as he left.

"Seriously? We're going to have a leech running around here now?!" Paul growled.

"Of course not." I stated, then looked to Sam. "I know this is hard for everyone to accept him here, so if it helps, Jack is only allowed here when I am until you see fit."

"That seems fair." Sam nodded.

"Thank you so much!" I smiled, giving Sam a hug. "I know I've been skipping a lot of training, so how about before school I can come around and we can train for an hour."

"You got it, but I get you all day Sunday's now to make up for it until you're ready." Sam countered.

"Okay." I agreed as we shook hands.

And the rest of the day, Jack watched as Sam and I trained in the woods.
